Linthicum Luncheteria — Restaurant in Maryland

Im rating this so low because of the rudeness of the owner. I ordered 3 eggs with steak over easy. I was brought 2 eggs that were obviously fried way too hard. She did bring a couple more which were just as bad and then refused to make good citing the prices of eggs. She started then to claim that i was complaining about the eggs. That's interesting since Im only in a little every couple of weeks and my past meals have been pancakes and cheeseburgers. Ive been coming here for a number of years, but told her I wouldnt be back. I was treated with absolute rudeness and disrespect. I have never had any issues with the waitresses andy wofe was apalled and vpwed never to go there again. This woman should NOT be running a breakfast/lunch stop. If she feels the way she did this morning, t hen she meeds to find another job where she doesn't have to interact. She had her own accusations, which were false and greatly exaggerated at best. The refusal to make the customer's order right betrays a lack of any real care. I never have been so disrespected in alll of my years...

Went here on 04/23/23. First time here, just moved to Linthicum. We walked in and the waitress said seat yourself and we'll come to you. The place was pretty busy so the first seat we found, we grabbed. The table was dirty but the waitress running around said "give me 2 seconds and I'll clean this". She asked us what we would like to drink and when she came back she cleaned the table, had our drinks and handed us menus. We asked her what was good? and she said "EVERYTHING", she was not kidding. My husband ordered breakfast and I ordered lunch, it was delicious. We plan on coming back to try everything on the menu. Our waitress was very attentive, funny, made eye contact and checked on us often. You could tell she really liked her job and was good at it! My husband even tipped her a $20. When we were done eating she came by and took our plates and said when ever we were ready we could get the check up at the cash register. It was a very nice experience and the place was so clean. The food was definitely good. Pancakes were filling, eggs were cooked perfectly. Should be 5star worthy but the service is very lackluster. The young lady who served me was ok. She answered my questions and placed my order but the older lady helping here was terrible. She brought out my food and said nothing. Didn't ask if I needed anything else, and pretty much seemed disinterested. When I was finished she noticed that I pushed my plate to the side and basically said, "you done?" After allowing my food to digest a little, I waited for the check and they said...pay at the counter. Thus you'll know what you owe when you get to the counter.
