Kills me to say, but this is a dreary place to be...extremely, EXTREMELY outdated. This place had the feel of a hospital cafeteria. But the food was great, and the service was even better. It's all there, they just need to make it lively. Suggestions: lose the floor tile, get rid of the 1970's booths, all the cheap wood deco should go, fake plants never have a place, and while appreciating 2 sport's games on 4 tvs along with a Caps, Terps, O's, and Ravens' decoration for each on the wall...embrace the Italian fare thing, because sports bars feel much different, and your food and service deserve a...

We've been going here for years. The former Serpico now Luca has the exact same menu. Our chicken cheese steak was ok but it needed some lettuce or lite mayo. Our fault it wasn't requested. A sauted pepper and onion combo would have been an excellent topping. The fries were excellent. Crispy and warm. Nothing worse than soft fries. I had a slice of veggie pizza without sauce. It was good but not fantastic. Needed some seasoning or black olives, maybe some garlic. It was one of the pre baked. Heated up. The garlic knots were delicious. I was charged 7.95 for a house salad in the restaurant on 10/12/23 when the menu in the restaurant was printed as 5.95. The online order price for the same salad is 9.40. I asked the owner and he said prices went up and the online prices reflect the new charges. This makes no sense ….. if you order the same salad in the restaurant you will only be charged 7.95. But if you order online you’re charged 9.40??? Customers should know what they are being charged have some transparency.
