Lucky Bamboo House Restaurant — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered food from this place on 8/23/20. I called in an order for two dinners; one with shrimp, and the other with beef. Lucky Bamboo House called to tell me my order was ready, so proceeded to the restaurant to pick up my order. I went inside the store, and stood in line. It was one customer ahead of me. As, the customer ahead of me was waiting for his credit card transaction to go through three sounds was heard coming from the intercom they installed on the store protective plastic shield. The restaurant changed their store in compliance to COVID-19 requirements. The store is completely closed in; with a small waiting space for food pickups. I grew concerned about the sounds coming from the intercom. The customer in front of me transaction was finalized, and he took his food, and left. I go ahead to the counter to finalize my transaction. I felt very uncomfortable because the sounds that were coming out from the intercom did not sound like it came from a human. After I received my food I could not move because I wanted to ask the cashier “what was that sound I heard”. Before, I opened my mouth to ask about the sounds; I had noticed the customer that was ahead of me had left his car keys on the counter. I told the cashier I was going to go outside and give the customer his keys. I left out the restaurant with my food, and the customer who left his keys was walking back towards the store. I gave him is keys, and he thank me for it. I was so concerned about the sounds I asked the guy about the sounds we heard. I said to him, “did that noise we heard sounded like a dog. He said, “the noise sounded like a cat. Then, I asked him did the noise we heard sounded like it came from an animal, and he said yes. I drove home, and placed the food on the kitchen table. I run upstairs crying because I was so upset. My daughter started to eat her food because I was too upset to even talk. I go, back downstairs, and my daughter is complaining about the food. I asked her what was wrong, and she said the meat did not smell, taste, or even look like beef. I wasted my money because we could not...

We ordered $60 dollars worth of food and it absolutely was not worth even a dollar. The shrimp and broccoli and beef and broccoli was bland, over cooked, and the sauce looked like snot. The spring rolls were bland and mushy on the inside. And the amount of rice was ridiculously small. After over an hour wait (we live 3 mins from them), our food arrived cold not luke warm, but stone cold. On top of all of that they sent us the wrong order of ribs. So I called for them to recook the shrimp and broccoli and to send the right order of boneless spare ribs. At first the guy refused to take fault for the wrong order but then agreed to recook the food. When he finally delivered the right order he asked for the old food (the shrimp and broccoli and bone in ribs). Which I handed to him. he counted the ribs and told me there was a rib missing. I told him my fault my nephew probably ate the rib while I was on the phone with him. He acted as if because a rib was missing I must be lying about the whole situation. Which is when I proceeded to open the old order of shrimp and broccoli and asked him if it looked appetizing to him. Which is when he took the old order and gave me the new order. This restaurant is not worth the time or your money. Their food is horrible and the owners are disrespectful. Not everyone is looking for a free meal especially not after paying $60...

Mostly good food but they charge a 1.00 if you want more ketchup then they give you one Chinese lady LITERALLY ran outside banging on my window say you owe me 1.00 ketchup I almost cried I forgot to give it but I been ordering here for years. Once they have me shrimp in garlic sauce and i ask for chicken when they came to get the food back the man put his food in my door way open the food and counted the shrimp I could cry. If the food wasnt close to my home and good i would never ever go here again. Caught them making food without gloves will wiping there smocks and rubbing his nose but since its fried I try to not acknowledge that part but hope boogie isnt in my food. Everyrhing is extra charge they will not give you forks or spoons unless you ask so have your own at home. Ice tea is never filled to top you get 3/4 a cup. If you say food over cooked you will NOT a refund they beilive you are lying and trying to steal or cheat somehow I think its culture at this point they hate Americans feed us food you will NEVER see them eat or feed there kids to...
