Nov 30 2023 Update: The old system you could šµ tip electronically at delivery but it's back to paper receipt. You can still choose to tip on the paper receipt than tip in advance (unless you want contactless delivery, then please tip at checkout.) I prefer to tip after delivery.
The manager was very kind and professional on the phone as was the person who answered. I hope corporate gets the app worked out so it works better for the stores. I am a semi-regular at this location and appreciate this store! They have great delivery service. Still 5s across the board. Thanks, Marco's š!

I have had many great experiences with this location on delivery, hence the 5 stars. All of the drivers have been professional. One of the drivers, Christine, sends a text message when she is about to arrive. š± I really appreciate knowing when a delivery is almost here so I can meet the person downstairs.
Only one time was my pizza a little "shaken" inside the box but normally it arrives hot and looks perfect. š
Another time I was missing a sauce but they sent an extra the next time. Mistakes happen everywhere but this location has great customer service, in my opinion. ā
Recently they updated their online ordering website and it's... not great. šThe old website was better. The emails sent to sign up on the new site had instructions but they didn't work. I figured it out on my own but even one driver told me it wasn't a great system for them either. I hope it works out because this location has provided excellent food and service to me.
I went to order today online but it says the store is closed until 5pm. If you have a bad experience with this location since middle of October 2023, give them some time to figure out this new "okay" system and consider giving them another chance. However, we will no longer be supporting this location. We placed our usual order for our family pizza night and one of our pizzas had slices that were completely sloppy and falling apart! There was also an onion on our extra cheese pizza, and we do not eat onions on our pizza. My oldest who loves pizza is autistic and has food sensitivitiesā¦looks forward to having extra cheese pizza, not pizza with onions in it. The worse part about it was there was HAIR in our cheesy bread!! My daughter found 2 long strands of hair in her food and it was absolutely disgusting! I pulled the hair out for her and told her to stop eating because I didnāt want her to get sick. I called the store, and asked to speak to a manager. The manager put me on hold to speak with the owner, Chris. Chris was extremely rude and unapologetic and told us they wear hair nets and he doesnāt know how hair could have gotten in our food, etc. He made it seem like this was our fault and did a horrible job in the customer service department. We asked for a refund and my husband spoke with him and in the middle of expressing his frustration, Chris cut him off and said āIām not going to let you stay on the phone and mock me. Do you want the refund or not?!ā Absolutely rude and unprofessional! No accountability or courtesy! We NEVER received the refund that we were told we were going to get!! We will never be back here again. We have sent so many customers to this establishment and have raved over them for years. I am so frustrated and saddened that our family tradition of Marcoās Pizza night is ruined and will no longer happen for us. This place dropped the ball and the sad part about it is, they donāt even care....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCongratulations on being the first place I have ever given more than a 2 star rating. The food is for the most part okay. I'm not a fan of the Cheese Bread as it tends to be very flavorless and dry but the pizza is usually well made. I prefer ordering directly inside the store than delivery. The delivery is the only reason this isn't a 5 star rating. When in store, the customer service is absolutely fantastic and if you have any issues, they often correct it to the best of their ability. The owner was very nice, he even helped my grandmother use her online discount code from her phone while we were inside the store. If you order, go to the store, delivery is a scramble too often and does affect the quality of your food a bit. It's best served hot so enjoy eating at one of their tables. There is a very well mannered young black gentleman who makes sure to communicate with the customer that both I and my grandmother have taken a liking to. He prepares the pizza quite well and makes sure the quality is on point. He deserves some credit where credit is due and hopefully gets some type of bonus or recognition. I don't know his name and wish I did but we only order during the times he is in the store. EDIT: My grandmother and I have become loyal customers to this place. It's better pizza than just about everywhere else in the area. Even Pizza Johns has competition to handle with this place, and that's saying...
