Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

This is the most trifling, filthy Taco Bell I have ever seen. I am from Pennsylvania and these Taco Bell’s in Maryland are the worst. The menu there is barely anything available because the employees don’t want to make it. They don’t even sell the strawberry lemonade and the food it’s not fresh. It’s like they just keep it there and recycle it until it runs out. All these locations in Maryland all need a health inspection from outside the state. The amount you pay for a meal isn’t even worth. I am grateful I don’t live in this state. I hope the managers can stop being lazy because the employees watch them and duplicate what they do. Without your customers you wouldn’t have a business. You don’t even follow guidelines of the things that should be available in all Taco Bell’s weather or not your franchise there still rules and regulations that need to be followed especially when it comes to the menu. This is just hurting the organization as a whole. Shame on you Maryland Taco Bell’s and this is for all of them. It’s sad how In the black communities this is how they are actually made. Someone needs to do something. I was lead to write this review. You are an embarrassment to all Taco Bell’s world wide. Today was the best experience as a frequent fastfood customer. Arianna patiently waited as I madeup my mind, she politely made sure I completely provided them w/the information needed. She was understanding when I changed details of my order at least twice. Once I arrived at pickup window she clarified my order 1 more time w/me to ensure nothing was missed, provided me a delicious substitute to my strange request for a complicated beverage. I've never had my beverage be so tasty! I got to work and was telling everyone about it. While she did that Marquees came & began working to complete the transaction ensured my payment was done the time my food and drink arrived This is important to me. I was grateful for their positive manner when other cust. service people could have easily been annoyed with me. Sometimes this place is great and other times this place is garbage. It's usually a 50/50 chance you'll either get the best tasting taco that will satisfy your munchies or a soggy and poorly packaged mush of a taco. I'll often have items missing and/or poorly packaged. The cinnamon twists are bad, they used to load those bad boys up with the brown sugar but now they're practically naked. Also why don't they ever give me napkins even when I ask. If I am actually given napkin privilege I'll get a maximum of 3 tiny and not very useful napkins. If you get them on a good day it'll be a scrumptious meal but if you get them on a bad day you'd probably wanna eat the paper bag it came in instead...
