I don’t like giving one star reviews however this particular location is not really a good location. It’s McDonalds so yeah it’s close, cheap and convenient however the unprofessionalism is so unreal.
As I drove up to place my order, I waited for about 3 minutes before anyone asked me and there were only 3 cars ahead of me and no cars behind me.
A young employee working there was giggling and yelling over speaker whilst taking my order. He stopped me mid-sentence to respond to playful banter in the background (this didn’t really bother me too much, it’s fast food not a fine dining establishment however this just screams 🚩)
My food was a mess, the fries were so salty that I couldn’t finish it, I thought maybe it was just me however when my family tasted them they confirmed the fries were way too salty and I had to throw them away,
My McNuggets were stale, you can definitely tell they sat out for maybe an hour or more idk.
The only saving grace was a single ice cream cone I got and even that was small and not properly made due to an employee there telling the staff to “hurry up with the ice cream cone”.
Aggressive panhandlers at the door harassing anyone who goes in or drives by.
That’s all I had to share but it’s really a shame that I had to throw my food away and I still wanted McDonalds so I had to go to another location nearby and I was satisfied. Location matters, McDonald’s are everywhere and if you are reading this just make the extra 5-7 minute drive to go to a...

I recently came back home and so sometimes I have to come here to eat cuz of blahzablah..but the night shift lately is just terrible…why am I waiting 30-40 min in a drive through?!?! This young kid named Kevin is AMAZING, not only bc he is young and already a manager, but he is like an manager from a bygone era. He greets you when you come in, says "excuse me" "thank you" "sorry for your wait". If it was just him that is the manager tI would give this place 5 stars. He knows all the coupon codes and steps well and he is fair with them, he just got braces and I know it hurts but you wouldn't be able to know by his stellar service. BUT if you go when Ms. Patty is there! I suggest you go to ANOTHER McDonald's. She is mean (doesn't greet, doesn't smile, doesn't like you,) she doesn't comply with coupons, she always acts like I'm ruining her day by me ordering food there. When you show her the coupon and the words on it, she says" I'll do it this time!" Like the ones you scan, the app only lets you do 1 at a time, she has decided it is one per visit.
