McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

So I been holding back on writing a bad review because I hate doing that but it’s gone too far. They are always slow and honestly I know I’m not behind that counter working but I feel like they make their job harder than it is.

They never have a cashier at the front they tell you to use the online order instead. Like honestly some people don’t have the resources for that and I find very inconsiderate.

The bathroom is never clean and the janitor doesn’t even put in effort to clean it. Literally, I saw this man take five minutes just to bring out the mop. Didn’t even sweep the floor just put the mop over all the trash on the floor.

I went to wash my hands and the sink didn’t work. I told the manager and all he said was “OK” didn’t even give me a solution for my hand I need to be washed or sanitized. I had to find hand sanitizer after that. ALSO the sink still doesn’t work.

Last but not least, this is what made me write this review. I seen a little altercation going on between a A worker and a Man with his daughter. The worker got mad and was trying to fight the mans daughter. What was very uncalled for was that the worker pull out a taser. Now McDonald’s this is Takoma park. The Minnesota Ave Location is more dangerous than this area and ain’t nobody had to pull out a taser. I don’t know if that worker is still there but she was definitely still working after that altercation.

Got a double fish fillet sandwich and the fish fillets were like they had sat out all day, dried out, inedible around all the edges, like grizzle. The bun was literally like styrofoam. I've never experienced anything like it before. I called and gave a detailed description of how horrible and inedible the sandwich was. They neither oofferedme a refund or credit. I'll never ever go to this McDonald's if any McDonald's ever again. They have no integrity and do not stand by their product. Furthermore their product is way overpriced for what it is already and then to get something this horribly inedible and unacceptable for that much money is ridiculous. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Furthermore they allow aggressive individuals, particularly late at night harass customers for money while in their cars at the drive-thru window itself even. They'll stand right in front of the cars too. They are always aggressively drunk and I've seen altercations on many occasions due to the fact that they don't do anything to pretend? From this aggressiveness. I would not recommend this...

Poor Management Service, the manger Was African American 5'10 on night shift duty. This Manager needs to be replaced because he is very rude and very racist to the customers and was very uncooperative to all customer and did not want to listen or give great service to the customers with wrong orders, and was rude to his employee's and the Uber delivery person that work there and shop there at Mc Donald's.

The corporate office of Mc Donald's will be notified.

And the district manager of that Mc Donald's will be notified as well.
