I generally do not leave negative reviews, as I like to give businesses additional chances. In this case, I have gone to this McDonald's multiple times over the past few months. It had not been worth turning around in the past to rectify the situation, because I'd already reached my destination. During my most recent experience, I was able to return, which I had to do three times. After I returned the third time, I had to request a refund four times, once at the drive-thru window and twice when I reached the cashier and again after they attempted to remake the sandwich again. The manager had ignored my request for a refund, resulting in additional food waste. I had let them know that they only needed to refund the sandwich from the meal. They said they were unable to do that, and we're refusing to do a refund at all. I finally gave them the remainder of the meal....again, resulting in food waste. At that point in time they provided me a full refund. I would have settled and ate the sandwich, but both times they understood my request to be extra mayonnaise, The chicken sandwich was covered in so much mayonnaise, I would not have been able to eat it. I think the problem is that they are trying to move so fast, that they're not slowing down to listen to special requests, and ensure that all orders are correct. On top of that, the overall customer service and ability has a lot to be desired. I have decided not to return to this McDonald's. There are other options in the area when I need a quick meal. Read moretoday I went to three different McDonald's and purchased three different happy meals for my son who's collecting the Minecraft toys our third one of the day was at All Saints Road. The young women who were attending us were very professional, and the service was quick. Do you want a coffee and offered to bring me fresh coffee? They were very pleasant. The food was fresh and hot and fast. My complain is about their manager. I own two businesses my husband owns a business as well. There is no reason for a manager to humiliate degrade and scream at their employees. This, in my opinion, if it were, my business would constitute harassment in the workplace and creating a hostile work environment. The young women who are working today or moving very quickly efficiently and professionally. their manager came in from the back she was doing her managerial duties. That's fine. Began to scream so loudly disturbing customers as well. We were seated at the high tops in front of the soda machine close to the end of the restaurant and I felt like she was screaming in my ear. I can only imagine how her staff felt. I understand that at they're very busy for lunch, especially at spring break. I assume there are lots of kids however there's no reason to treat your employees this way especially they're working quickly and once again I'll reiterate, efficiently and professionally. They took care of everyone. frequent this location a lot so I dont normally have good experiences. Ppl always complain but never congratulate so I’m giving this morning shift a congratulatory good job. My breakfast burrito which was made perfect which hasn’t happened in years. So I’m going to rate Sunday morning shift as A ok.

Review up top was when I gave this location 5 stars but after this unsanitary incident in which my food was contaminated. The location refused to handle the incident in the conscious rightful manner of the customer. Order my meal 6pc nuggets, 2 large fries and 2 donuts…only to discover halfway thru eating my entire meal I discover giant dead fly in my fries. Clearly after realizing I’ve been ingesting contaminated food. I proceeded back to the location to get a refund for that meal. Manager only wanted to give me new fries or refund only for the fries. Who knows what else has been touched by flies??? Logically would be refund that meal and let me decide if I want to continue eating there. Now I’m never spending a dollar there and I’m going to keep highlighting this incident until owners contact me and health inspectors pay them a visit. I dont want any coupons or free food.
