I ordered the buy one get one free breakfast sandwich from the kiosk. Dined in. Got the breakfast McChicken biscuit. While eating it I gaged on a sharp piece of bone. I immediately spit it out. Looked and touched it and it was a very sharp piece of bone. Took it right up to the lady and told her and she threw it in the trash. Did not even offer me a refund. I told her that's not the way to handle it. I asked for it back and wanted to fill out a form about it. She gave me a piece of paper . They are trained in the beginning about filing incident reports. I asked for the manager sat back down write on that paper what happened. The manager never came to the table. I called the customer service number filed the issue. Left my contact info on that piece of paper. The manager called me apologize and said they handled it wrong and he escalated it to the insurance claim. It's been months . No one contacted me. I even called back the customer service number and she said we have your notes. The store was notified we can't do anything give you no confirmation number because once it goes to insurance they contact you. No one ever contacted me. So sad. A kid could have got this and chocked and died. Other chicken from this batch could have contained bones no recall. This is so sad. Never at any other McDonald's have I ever experienced anything like this . Had moments but overall complete satisfying experience from All other locations of you...

Personally I don’t like ordering food because of my worry that it is exposed to all sorts of bacterial as the carrier (uber eat or any other) brings the meal to me. It was comforting in the past when my food was packaged in a sealed back with drinks well covered. This morning was not the case, it was not covered. The driver literally had my drink wide open in her hands. I wondered what if she accidentally coughed or sneezed on my food. I had to trash my breakfast. I will rather not order from this location again. And when I called to complain, they hung up on me! How arrogant.
Any edible cooked items should be appropriately covered for customers safety. Poor handling of customers meals discourages future orders and for me...

IF i ask for no whip cream they put whip cream. McDonalds empoyees are like robots, they're programmed to make everything the way they were trained . I ordered value meals and they didnt give me my drinks. they also rush you to place an order. This particular MCdonalds needs Customer Service Training IMMEDIATELY.
