We visit this McDonalds on a regular because it's closest to us. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of customer service and quality control inspection. When we enter drive thru we are ALWAYS asked to pull over to wait on our food. I am sick and tired of being asked to pull over. Why? To ensure that you exit their drive thru within their target time which looks good in the eyes of head office? Only for the customer to have to wait again? Then when they bring the food to our car, the order is ALWAYS wrong. Today was no different and there were no cars behind me. I was asked to pull over. There was nothing complicated about my order. After waiting several minutes, a girl delivers the food to my car and looks extremely unfriendly. This is usual with the employees. No "Hello, how can I help you? Thank You and have a nice day." Everyone looks annoyed and irritated. Nowadays, as I did today, I have to ask them to wait before they leave my car while I check my order. No surprise - a fry was missing. Read moreToday I went back to this store and was waited on by Trina who was extremely polite, sweet, helpful, fast, bubbly, and just a lovely young lady all around! I asked her if I could add chicken to my breakfast sandwich which is not the norm but she made sure it was taken care of and I let her know that I didn't mind paying extra. I didn't have to ask twice, no arguments, and she did it with a smile and made me feel like nothing I asked for was a bother at all. She was an absolute sweetheart and DESERVES a Promotion Because she understands the meaning of service and LEADERSHIP! I didn't think I was ever going to return to this location after the way I was treated the last time I was there 6 month ago but they have got the right young lady up front now and if Trina is not managing and running the show SHE SHOULD BE, because she is Fantastic! My hats off to you Trina, you definitely put a smile on my face today. Thank you for all you do!
