I went on October 3, 2015 at 10:45 pm . I was with a big group (6 people) and we wanted to have 3 separate orders (consisting of 3 separate checks). We were the ONLY ones at the drive through at the time. We pulled up to the drive thru because the inside was closed. As we approached the drive thru he said "Hi can I help you?" and so BEFORE we even ordered we asked if we could do 3 separate orders and he proceeded to say "Naw, we can only do 2." Very RUDELY!!!! So, me being a customer, who has done this kind of transaction before, asked if we could just do 2 and then drive around again for the 3rd order, he proceeded to say "I guess" . I retaliated and told him he was a very rude man and drove off. As we were passing by the Windows he was NOWHERE TO BE FOUND and when we passed the lobby area he was SITTING IN THE LOBBY AT ONE OF THE TABLES! Um excuse me, but I work in the food industry and if you're in the lobby you should be cleaning and if you're not cleaning you are in the kitchen cooking food or at the register waiting for customers. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager ... Remembering his voice he said "This is the manager" I asked to talk to his supervisor and he asked me "What is this about ma'am?" I said "We just came by and you were very rude and I would like the number of your supervisor" he HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!! I called back and my friend asked him for his name and the number of his supervisor or the number of his boss, he said we didn't need his name and hung up the phone again!!!!!!!! This was the most horrible food service experience I have ever had in my life. I have never been treated like this before. Corporate will be getting a call . If I could give negative stars on this...
Read moreIf you can go inside the service is good, correct orders and somewhat prompt service. They take a bunch of orders, then you have to wait to the side in a large group for your food. The food order waiting area is between the Redbox video machine and the soda machine, so all traffic stops when everyone has to wait for their food. If the dining room is closed and it's drive-thru only, the service suddenly turns to crap. When it's drive thru only for some reason they loose the ability to make half the menu (they can only make single burgers and no multi-patty burgers) and are EXTREMELY rude about what they can and can't (won't) make. ALWAYS check your order before you pull away and do not leave then window until you have everything you order, they WILL NOT make it right if you pull away from the window. Don't 'pull forward' if they ask-stay right there at the window until you get everything you ordered, made correctly. They also will not give out sauces unless you ask multiples times during ordering and when they give your your order, then act like they are doing you some kind of favor when they actually give you some sauce. The poor drive-thru only service has been reported to the management and McDonalds corporate multiple times, but nothing is done about it.

Read moreUnbelievably disrespectful drive through worker. My husband and I ordered and pulled up to the window and I handed the cashier a $20 bill. He looks at it, shuts the window, exchanges some words with another worker and then he came back to us, hands me the bill and says "I need another one." I asked why and he says "that's not real." My husband asked what was wrong with the bill, which was definitely on the older side but had all of the security details and raised ink, so we knew it was real. The worker then raises his voice and says "feel it! That is not real! I need another bill!" He didn't ask a manager, he didn't do any security checks, he was just rude. My husband got my wallet from the trunk but I decided that I didn't want anything from this place anyway so we left. We then ordered from a local bagel place and paid with the same bill, which wasn't questioned whatsoever.
