McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

On 7/17/22 at 5:00pm, I went to this McDonalds and departed highly disgusted and disappointed by the poor conduct of the young female cashier.

First of all, as I approached the counter, I noticed a red colored soda spilled on the floor and without a wet floor sign nearby and customers stepping over it. Then, I stood at the register for about 2 minutes waiting for someone to wait on me as I was invisible to the staff. It wasn’t until I said something that I received assistance. Then the cashier approached register with an attitude. She gave me less change. I mentioned to her and gave her the money back with receipt. At no point did she apologize for her mistake, instead she appeared angry. Then, I received fries with salt when I specifically said no salt. I, didn’t know this until I arrived home and my mom ate a french fry. I, didn’t check the receipt as I thought she put no salt. I, guess I should’ve checked it after she gave me less change back and was very unprofessional.

As an employee of McDonald’s, she shouldn’t be allowed to work on the front line assisting customers with such bad attitude and don’t take responsibility for her own mistake. I went there to get food and not an employee with a bad attitude, which was bad for my...

I’m a Oxon Hill resident and I normally go to the other mc doanlds further down but today I choose to visit this one . I wish I never had and also went inside. It was a zoo I went in at 5:45 pm on a Saturday and it was like hanging out after school in the school yard teenagers ever were just hanging . Then as me and my friend was next in line to order the cashier instead of taking our order started talking to a young guy behind us who I find out later on was an employee that was off the clock . So now we are both stand there looking at each other as this young man than comes beside us to get closer to talk to this cashier and we are still waiting to be served. It wasn’t until my friend said something as we are standing directly in front the the cashier than was ready to take our order . Than she takes our order as this young man than demands chocolate cookies to the manager . Than has a conversation with another employee behind the register about his cookies. As I’m waiting for my food it was a lot of horse playing going on while the manager says nothing. Was insane. I’m stick with my normal routine with the mc Donald’s...

What I have to say about McDonald's well I am 56 years old McDonald's has been around longer than I've been living so really loved McDonald's for a couple of reasons the one particular not like is National Harbor the ladies that work there are very pleasant that's very sweet they are very helpful and cheerful it means a lot the go somewhere when you're feeling bad and they can make you feel good are light and Airy hattitude joyful smile make my visit there much happier their service is great their prompt and on time they get your order as soon as they can usually that's wisdom I have his men or less love the food but for the most part is the people that make me come back when you're treated right in with which back love and care it'll keep you coming back for the rest of your life thank you McDonald's but all that you have been everyone for all of her community support and everything that you guys do help and make other people's lives that much richer great job McDonald's give yourself a hand and a pad on each other's back it is well deserved for all your hard work thank you from the...
