McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

It's sad, but this franchise charges for individual condiments/sauces. We'll just go to Chick-fil-a up the street instead and get as many sauces as our little hearts desire from now on.

I ordered a 10 pice with bbq sauce for my kids who share; then at the window asked for bbq to be sure they remembered. The employee said that'll be extra $$ because there's already two sauces in the bag... I chose to not bother, said thanks, and drove off, to later discover they didn't even put the two I'd paid for (and on my receipt) in my bag.

If you're going to be stingy and nickle-n-dime people, at least give us what we paid for! This place frequently forgets items, so it's partly my fault for not checking. Though their new sauce-charging policy had...

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal. My McMuffin wasn't toasted enough/too soft my hash brown was soft and soaked with grease instead of with a little crunch as normal and I ordered a diet coke with a little ice🤔 but my cup was half full with ice and when I told them that I asked for a little bit ice the server looked at me with an irritating look. And when they returned with another soda, THE CUP WAS STILL HALF FULL WITH ICE🤨. I COULDN'T ARGUE, IT WASN'T WORTH RUNNING MY BLOOD PRESSURE UP 💔💔💔 I WAS SOOOO DISAPPOINTED THAT I TEARED UP 😢AND THREW THE WHOLE MEAL AWAY AND WENT TO TACO BELL FOR THEIR CRISPY WRAP BREAKFAST. Unless McDonald's reimburse me for that awful breakfast I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT...

Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The power went out and came right back on... I was in the drive thru trying to pick up a mobile order. After being told they couldn't help me, I was trapped in the drive thru line and had to wait until I could get to the window, where I was very rudely again told they couldn't help me. I parked my car and walked inside in the pouring rain and told the manager I wanted a refund. And guess what??? Was told by the MANAGER that they couldn't help me. I went home and called corporate and was promised a refund but still I NEVER got one. Yes they speak Spanish but it would also help if they spoke a little bit of coherent English....
