Niko's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

We've been loyal returning customers of Niko's for over 20 years. We order food at least 3 times a week. I love Irene & the rest of the staff down to the delivery drivers. However Toula shouldn't be answering phones dealing with customers she is beyond rude! She's miserable every time she takes your order & rude. I've always ignored it & just hoped when I order I hope she doesn't answer. Tonight i couldn't ignore it. I ordered food & i ordered for my mom who is older & loves Niko's. Spent over $46 my mom always gets no salt on her French fries. I called & politely told the man who answered all three had salt & pepper. One order my moms wasn't supposed to. I was relieved he answered bc i didn't have to hear her miserable rude voice. He tells me no problem he'll send them out, I said would you like these back. Next thing I know I'm on hold & she gets on the phone & proceeds to tell me thry didn't have salt & make sure that I give them back. I said are you kidding me no problem i was planning on it. I'll take pictures too! I have no reason to lie. She said yeah I'm sure. Unbelievable! I'm tired of her ignorance. Please give her some lessons in customers service. I walked in about to get food. Placed my order and everything but I noticed the person who was making my food was just picking her teeth and wiping her face. I understand it’s hot and you have to be cautious getting food from places with no ac because they tend to pick or wipe or sweat everywhere. I didn’t wanna start an issue because of the heat so I just kindly left my excuse was I left my wallet in the car. Truth is I will not be returning here. It will always be in the back of my mind how disgusting that was. I cannot unsee it. How do you wipe sweat off your head pick your teeth and think you are going to handle my food? No way! They permanently lost me as a customer and this used to be one of my favorite places!...

I’ve been avoiding Nikos for years now. First things first, the prices are WAY too high and not at all competitive to other sub shops in Dundalk in terms of prices. If the food was up to par with the prices I wouldn’t have as much of a complaint. The pizza is in my opinion, the worst I’ve had from any sub shop. What they do is they pre-sauce the dough and leave it sit out on the counter for HOURS uncovered. They don’t use nearly enough sauce. The pizza tastes like cardboard and that is no exaggeration. The subs aren’t much better, small and bland and actually gave me 2nd degree burns on my gums. None of the employees wear gloves or hair nets and the kitchen in the back is filthy and...
