I have to say, I was really disappointed with this place considering the great reviews it has received. The staff was very pleasant but couldn't communicate well in English. I ordered the three street tacos with everything on them, cilantro, onion, radish and limes. I chose carne alsada as my meat. Chopped up steak. I also ordered the day de chorizo con queso and tortilla chips. Let's start with the tacos. They were very dry and chewy. Lacked any sort of flavoring. I put the green salsa on two of them and added salt. That seemed to help. The orange salsa will burn your mouth and make your scalp sweat!!! I couldn't eat all of it. It was actually nearly unbearable!! The cheese and sausage dip was not a dip at all. The woman taking my order didn't seem to understand what I was ordering and something obviously got lost through translation. What I received was a piece of chopped up spicy sausage on a piece of tin foil with melted cheese on top and was baked in the oven. I had to cut it with a fork. Didn't matter really as the tortilla chips were so hard that I thought I was going to break a tooth. Inedible. They made it right to the trashcan along with one of the street tacos. Just went to the restaurant and wanted write the review immediately. We ordered four dishes Chiken burrito, cheese fries, shrimp taco & platillo alabre carne. First of all the communication was very weak that didn’t understand English also. We asked them dishes with only Chiken. Inspite of that they put ham in platillo dishe where we asked them can u make with only chicken and she told yes . If not we were ordering for other dish. They didn’t even offer to change the dish even after asking. And don’t ask about cheese fries it’s not cheese fries oil fries with out cheese. And I asked for sour cream which thay forgot 😂and dint even bother to ask 🤣. And finally they added extra 1$ on every dish . Means the price on the menu and billing is their wish .. it was a super experience to not go to any other Mexican restaurant.. I don’t want to give any start but can’t write review...

Comenzaré por decir que el 90% de la comida es buena, pero también el 80% de atención por parte de las meseras es pésima. Se interesan más por conversar sus vivencias en lugar de poner atención a lo que hacen con los pedidos; aquí dejare unos puntos del porque digo esto: • Uno va a comer dentro del establecimiento y una vez que te toman tu orden y te la llevan; no te llevan un salero, no te llevan unas servilletas de más (para 4 personas te ponen unas 6 servilletas). • La otra vez pedí unos burritos para recoger y cuando llego con la orden a mi trabajo sorpresa, no me pusieron salsa. Llamo para preguntar el motivo y me dicen que los burritos no van acompañados con salsa que ellos le ponen ketchup (sí supuestamente es comida mexicana; no puede faltar la salsa en un platillo) y para más aún tiene el cinismo de decirme que sí los quería con salsa yo tuve que hacérselo dicho cuando la que me atendió al tomar la orden no tuvo la amabilidad de hacerme saber si optaba por ketchup o salsa. • Segunda vez que pido una orden para recoger, la orden fue muy clara e incluso me la repitieron; 1 hamburguesa ranchera, 1 hamburguesa hawaiana y un burritos de camarón. Aún estando en el establecimiento le pregunto a Jesica (ella fue quien tomó la orden) si me puso algún cubierto/tenedor; y me pregunta que para qué sí las órdenes que pedí no lo necesitan, solo le di la razón con respecto a la hamburguesa, ya que el burrito trae arroz en la parte interna a lo que le dije que si se cae un poco del mismo en mi plato quería que lo recogiera con los dedos..... llego a mi trabajo con las ordenes y sorpresa; la mesera distraída me puso: 1 hamburguesa hawaiana, 1 amburguesa regular y una quesadilla de quesillo.
