I would give a negative star rating if possible. I was in this establishment on Saturday evening, stopped in for a quick drink omw home. I did not finish even half of my drink before a drunk customer started harrassing me and a friend. She wanted her hat and threatened to TAKE it when she said no, so I put it on my head and told her she was not getting the hat and she threatened to take it from me. The barmaid, I think her name was Stephanie, did absolutely NOTHING to diffuse the situation so I asked for my check to leave and the customer waited outside for us. A similar situation occured here about 2 years ago when a male customer was screaming in my face because I caught HIM red handed stealing my friends cigarettes! AGAIN, the barmaid did NOTHING to diffuse the situation so I asked for my check and left. The ENTIRE time I was completing my transaction this man screamed in my face and she never said a word to him. It is a neighborhood bar and if you aren't a regular, you don't matter. We live in the neighborhood so we’ve been eating at north point regularly for a couple years. They have THE BEST chicken cheesesteak I have ever had, and that’s my order almost every time. Other favorites are the Cajun chicken club and the crab pretzel.

Yesterday I got real risky yesterday ordering a fish taco bc I’m not generally a big fish fan and I wasn’t sure how it would be at a non-seafood restaurant. It was SO GOOD! The fish portions were generous, the breading crisp, and the slaw flavorful and refreshing—perfect for a hot day. My husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich and my mother in law got crabcakes and both were very happy.

In addition, the service was outstanding. We had some groceries with us that needed refrigeration, and our waitress offered to put them somewhere cool without us even asking. To top it off, we mentioned to our waitress that we were celebrating my mother in laws birthday as we were packing up to leave, and she ran inside and brought out a little lottery ticket or keno (I’m not really familiar haha) and picked her birthday as the numbers! This spot is one of the cleanest and safest bars operating in Dundalk during the pandemic. They follow all safety precautions and directions as ordered by our elected officials for public safety reasons.

The staff here are all absolutely fantastic. The owner is often working the bar and on site as well and he's just as awesome as the staff. The menu is priced well and between their daily and weekly specials, there's always something new or familiar to pick.

The atmosphere is super friendly and respectful and I've never seen any problems arise that sometimes happen in bars. People can chat freely and safely from a distance and there are many regulars and visitors.
