I order from here 1-2x a week because they deliver fast and the food is average. I will not be returning any longer... we place an order for 3 people every time we call. They refuse to give out extra sauce without charging...they provide you one packet each (duck and soy) per person. I asked if I could get a "few more" packets of soy sauce and was told not without a fee? The girl who answers the phone is always very short and borderline annoyed? Most small food business' will pay extra attention to their regular customers and make sure they are happy. This place couldn't care less. Asked to use a free eggroll coupon on a $24.50 order and was told I'd have to purchase something additional for the coupon to be used. $.50? for a regular customer who frequents your establishment multiple times a week for almost a year? I will say this,, a child greeted me I ask how was your day and or how are you today.. he ignored the hell out of me and HE Sayed pick up or delivery....I Sayed again how are you he ignores me again I said it a 3rd time and he acknowledged me.. that is how life works..so IAM totally discouraged from buying here because the parents of this child only treatED ME LIKE NOTHING AND I AM 50 SO what you teach your child.. or children WILL DEFINITELY BE KARMA , U WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.. I order from Oriental Wok frequently. This is my go-to delivery place. The food is good, the delivery is usually pretty fast, and the dinner combinations are a great deal with fried rice, egg roll and soup all included. Their appetizers are especially good - steamed dumplings, fried wontons, chicken teriyaki (chicken on a stick). I could order those in place of a meal. Their wonton soup is also consistently good.

They've gotten my order wrong a couple times, but they're always quick to fix it without a hassle. Protip: If you order the fried wontons, make sure to note pork wontons, or they may send crab rangoon instead. Not the best crab...
