I highly do not recommend this pizza shop. I ordered food at 7:37pm and had call and to see were my food was. I call them at 8:53pm. They had told me that one of their driver's cars had broken down. So they were behind waiting for more driver's do deliver food. Ok I truly understand. So when my food arrived, I was missing a chicken tenders platter and gravy as well.besides the point. I tried telling them that I was short one chicken platter, and was told by the cook that she had personally bagged my food and that there was a smaller styrofoam container with chicken tenders in it. More or less I was called a liar by proxy. After working all day long in the hot sun with temperatures near hundred degrees waiting for dinner time after coming home, at the landfill approximately 5 loads of debris I had to take in not eating all day and waiting almost an hour and 45 minutes plus so many odd minutes to actually eat food that wasn't there. yet feeling as I was told I was basically a liar without having the word liar come out of the lady's mouth basically read between the lines. after feeling very disgruntled in irritated I told them if they like I can bring the food back to them at their establishment I dislike a refund. Although I was apologize to I'm still very dissatisfied to the point where if you do call this establishment to complain it's always your fault not theirs they never make mistakes do they. Let's talk about a society where customer service really doesn't count at all anyways. although I was apologizing to in they did eventually get to my house after 10 p.m. I totally lost my appetite. I mean three platters a pizza with a total of about $45 in roughly some change plus I tip the driver initially. Why would I spend more money at this place no respect not to mention when you order here they read the entire order back to you although I have called numerous times to order from them in the past because they were half decent food for a fair price at that. I owe means I totally understand driver issues vehicles do breakdown but unpleasant experience calling back when there is a mistake yet alone feeling as if you're being called a liar is unacceptable. I highly think this is a poor customer experience with a establishment who is supposed to be a business with standards yet above what it's supposed to be due to the fact they're handling food it's a business get real. Although my food was finally delivered like I said a little after 10 p.m. I highly do not recommend them and I will be ordering my food elsewhere. no wonder Dundalk Maryland get such a bad reputation when it comes to ordering food yet to taste or quality it's mostly poor business ethics and customer care towards people the general public who keeps this business going. Read moreLast time I ordered from here, I took my food home with me. After eating about half of my sandwich I found a fly that was burnt and marinated in the sauces from my sub. I had the delivery driver come to my house and asked for the money back for just the sub, since I ate the fries and drank the soda. The driver was very friendly and genuinely sorry, but his boss was on the phone basically telling him that I just wanted something for free, and was being incredibly rude to his employee for trying to help me. Just today I stopped in, despite my previously bad experience, and gave them another shot at providing good food and service. The sub itself was okay, but I had ordered "fried onions on the side, burnt." Of course, they cooked the fried onions in the meat, so the whole sub tasted like onions, even after I picked them off...and the onions were barely cooked at all. I'm a waitress who's had my fair share of cooking, so I understand things sometimes go wrong (which is why I gave them another chance), but this is starting to become an every time thing. I won't be giving them any more of my money, and I would suggest you try to order from them at a time when they're not busy, and check your food before you let them walk away. Very disappointed. Read moreI was a first time customer 2 days ago and I have to say I was very disappointed in the service and also the food. I ordered a "stuffed" crust pizza and a cheese steak quesadilla. They said it would only be about 30 to 45 minutes it took almost 2 hours. When I got my food it was cold like it had been sitting for an hour. Also their "stuffed" crust pizza is a scam. You pay them $4 extra to literally stretch the dough a little bit more and fold it over on the edges that's it! The cheese steak quesadilla was terrible and the customer service was bad as well everybody kept blaming everybody else the lady on the phone blamed the cooks and the driver blamed the lady on the phone. It would serve you well to read the reviews before you order here to save yourself the disappointment. I don't know where they got their five-star reviews. The only thing I can figure is they told a bunch of people they knew to give them five star ratings if you notice they're naming people by name so obviously they know them. All together it's horrible and have no idea how they stayed in business this long. It's all overpriced it is not worth your money at all.
