Came here Saturday evening for crabs. First off, they need to educate all their servers on the policies. My friend and I both had a Groupon in which we mentioned in the beginning and therefore asked for separate checks as my sister and I did just 1 week prior with the same waitress. The only restrictions we were told previously was that we couldn't use the Groupon on the AYCE crabs. We ordered based on our purchase amounts but when it came to pay and use the Groupon, the waitress sought assistance from the waitress-manager because she didn't know how to do it, she told our waitress we couldn't both use the Groupon. We asked her to get the manager because this info should be posted around or told by the waitress in the beginning and I just had used the same a week ago. The waitress-mgr comes and points at one side of the 2-sided crab menu that a last line of many that stated you couldn't split checks and use Groupon at the same table but this was written on the AYCE side but you can't use Groupon for that so we never even looked at that side of the crab menu. Nothing was stated on the regular menu and everyone doesn't get crabs and would not ever see that at all. The online Groupon is the 1st line of showing restrictions, yet had none listed. The waitress is 2nd line to give info on any restrictions. We got no info on any restrictions from either yet the woman refused to give us a one time exception since we ordered based on the Groupon purchase even after I explained that the manager a week prior did not mention this rule. Instead she says 'well I'm over him and I'm not making any exceptions.' So much for A+ customer service. Read moreIf I could give a zero star, I would. Now I am an avid reviewer. You can go look at all my reviews. Im honest and dont really hold back. Im livid leaving this "crab house" the all you can eat special is a serious joke. They smell like ammonia and they are SO small theyre barely hitting legal limit. We found out that they steam the crabs either a day before or that morning then reheat them because "they take too long to steam to order." Bullshit. Ive lived in MD my entire life, my husband used to steam crabs for a living. You can steam them to order. Thats why your seafood is awful. The service is even worse than the crabs. The waitresses forgot things numerous times, never got us refills or asked if everything was okay. I had to go up and ask for a refill. Then on top of that they add gratuity, I wasnt planning on giving her an extra dime of my money at all since her serving skills were sub-par. But I had to pay her 16 bucks anyway which ofcourse I was livid about because she did absolutely nothing. This was quite possibly the WORST crab house I have ever been too. We will NEVER be back and Im telling you right now do not waste your time.
Other than the crabs the cream of crab was running, Maryland crab was sweet, and the dirty rice was drier than the waitresses....nevermind, I am sure you can get the picture.
Dont go. Youre gonna be displeased with pretty much everything and waste your money. We have to stop and get dinner somewhere else because we are still hungry. 100 bucks wasted and now I gotta still buy more...

I normally come for all you can eat however the last few weeks I have been ordering 1 1/2 dz of med males at $90. 1 week prior I ordered the same 1 1/12 dz med makes the crabs were Great!! The following week I ordered the same thing another $90. These crabs were HORRIBLE!!! This place is closed on Monday so I called Tuesday and asked who the carry out manager was They said his name was Dan but he wasn’t in. I called 4 times that day. My last call was a bit confusing. I called again around 8pm and a lady answered the phone, I asked to speak to a manager she stated “ you kind as well tell me they are going to tell me anyway”. I advise that I really don’t want to repeat myself twice, may I just speak with the manager Dan. Before she put me on hold she advised Dan wasn’t the manager of carry out which I was informed he was, hence me asking for him by his name). Dan did get in the phone and advise they were making jobs changes and he is in fact the carry out manager. I explained to Dan how light and watery my crabs were that I paid $90 for. Dan did apologize and took my name and number and advise he would talk to Brad I’m assuming the Manager/Owner and follow back up with me by the next day.
