I spent almost $70 on pizza for a game night! The pizza arrived with very little to no sauce and was borderline burnt! Because I ordered the pizza close to closing time, I was not able to reach anyone to correct the issue. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with the “new” manager, Caitlyn. She went on and on about how this location did not follow the Papa John’s guidelines and how it is because of her that the staff there is doing the right thing by measuring out the sauce. This pizza was as dry as cardboard and I promise you, nothing to brag about. I offered to bring the pizzas back for a refund (we didn’t eat the pizza) but she insisted that we keep them and she still processed a full refund. Thank goodness, because I don’t think in my history of life that I’ve ever tasted worst pizza from Papa Johns. Aside from the dry pizza, what made my experience worse was hearing the manager speak so lowly of her staff in an attempt to take credit for enforcing the staff to follow directions. Read moreI am really disappointed. I am a repeat customer that frequently orders pizza at this location. Up until today my experience has been okay. Tonight I placed a delivery order for a pizza and wings. The driver left my pizza and wings outside on my step. No knock and my food is cold. It had to have been sitting out there for 30 mins. I hoped to get some resolve so I called to speak to the manager. A lady named Kyla (spelling may be wrong) addressed me with a complete lack of concern after I told her what happened. That pissed me off. Where is the customer service? Instead of meeting me with an apology and some sort of compensation I had to ask her for it. She says she will refund my money. When I asked her name for reference she paused and didn't reply until I asked 2 more times. Now I'm unsure if she was really the manager or possibly gave me a fake name. Had it been handled differently I would continue to order from them. But when I don't feel like my money is valued I take my business elsewhere. At the very least I hope the "manager" keeps her word and refunds my money. I would hate to have to escalate this....
Read moreThey have the worse service I have ever experienced. Either our order is incorrect or missing items purchase or just not coming at all. This is one place I would not waste my money or time with. The last four orders have all had to be either credits because of errors on their end or getting caught in lies. I was told they could not find my address or phone number to call when it is clearly written on the box and in my account settings. Crazy part I worked for Papa Johns for several years so when they lie about their process it floors me. One order we were told they only had one driver and one in store person and that was why our pizza was 2 hours late. So I made a pop up pickup without telling them I was coming only to find a store full of in store workers and drivers all laughing and joking while phones where ringing off the hook and ABSOLUTELY ZERO PIZZAs being made.
