They had really good food. HAD. There has been a lot of inconsistencies lately. Sometimes the cheesesteak is perfect. Sometimes the steak is more like ground beef and the cheese is not visible. I ordered the appetizer platter once, it was gross. I threw it away. The fries are good on the rare occasion that they are hot. The onion rings shredded the roof of my mouth like captain crunch. The salad was decent. The crispy chicken salad is really good. The cheesesteak pizza is good, but the cheeseburger pizza is better. The pizza fries are mushy and not worth ordering. The mozzarella sticks are the same frozen ones that everyone seems to sell these days. The cake slices are small for the price and and may also be frozen. The pizza sauce was stellar the first few times I ordered, but it is not the same lately. The last 2 times I've ordered their pan crust it's been different, thinner; the exact same crust that comes on a "normal crust" pizza but I pay extra. Clearly I've been a very loyal customer, spending lots of money on ordes with them, but today they lost me because I called to talk about getting the wrong crust on my pizza and instead of friendly resolution, I had both the phone girl and the "manager" insist that they personally made my pizza arguing that it's right and I'm wrong. As if I'd rather sit on the phone discussing pizza crust than eating my food while it's hot with my family. I was hoping to just get an assurance that they would pay closer attention to the crust in the future, but that's not possible if they insist that they got everything right. I can live with some inconsistency and the occasional mistake, but bad customer service when I have a problem with my order is where I draw the line. I won't be ordering...
Read moreFirst I would like to say how disappointed I am with the customer service. At no time should a manager be arguing over an order that was made incorrectly. I ordered 80 dollars worth of food, for product to be missing from my order 1st trip. Manager argued with me trying to tell me what I did not order and what she heard. Instead of trying to fix the situation or giving an apology for missing a part of the order she decided to become combative and tell me that not what I ordered. Second trip got the incorrect sandwich and the sandwich I was give was burnt. I called to see if there was something they could do to accomidate the situation she kept yelling on the phone. I went to the location even though we had our order delivered. In person both managers we're extremely rude and combative. I asked many times for them to stop yelling and to actually listen to my concerns but they we're set in their minds they we're right and I was wrong. Only thing I got was our food is expensive and was told NOT TO ORDER FROM THERE ANYMORE WOW. I asked several times for a cooperate number or an owner contact info to voice my concerns it was never given to me.. I am truly shocked at how horrific the customer service is at this location never in my 30 years of living have I had to encounter customer service as bad as I have at this location. We order from your restaurant AT LEAST once a week, usually more. Tonight I called my usual order in and requested a new item (on the menu delivered to my house earlier TODAY). Instead of telling me we are out or I don’t understand what you are saying the young woman on the phone kept saying “you are breaking up” I kept apologizing saying I am not breaking up I am sick(and as usual there is way to much noise in the background) I told her AGAIN what I wanted (a sampler platter) and she started again with you are breaking up and I wasn’t . Again I am sick. She then proceeded to tell me I’ll let you talk to someone else. I finally gave up on the platter, switched my order and said no I don’t feel like speaking to anyone else. But for me to be “breaking up so bad” she understood every number of my credit card number. I am a loyal customer and I DO NOT APPRECIATE the way this order ended up being handled by the young lady on the phone. I also work for a nearby business who has also ordered frequently. My business may be going else where. There was. I need for her to place blame on the customer because SHE did not understand what was being being said to her. I will no longer be suggesting your establishment to others. I work in customer service and this was HORRIBLE....
