Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

The only thing I like about this Pizza Hut is the nostalgia. It looks almost exactly like it did 30yrs ago. The only thing that's changed is they got rid of the Tabletop Pacman and they no longer serve pitchers of beer. Hardly what I'd call improvements. But they're falling behind in the pizza game. Pizza Johns is my local favorite (been going since before I was born); however, they can't even stand up to Mustangs or Dominos anymore.

We ate in the restaurant on Saturday night at around 6pm, and were the only ones there at one period for nearly 30 min. Ordered Hawaiian Chicken Pizza and it sucked, especially because the dough was undercooked. My wife's pepperoni mushroom was hardly any better. The staff were friendly but hardly professional. The least I can say is it was pretty clean.

I hate to say it, but though I have many fond childhood memories at this restaurant, I doubt I'll be surprised or disappointed when...

They work unwillingly that I didn't even understand them, they didn't bother even going to ask at the table, I spent 20 minutes waiting there sitting there, I only heard them talk and talking doesn't have any kind of consideration, until I said if they can help me, from the table (they had supposedly told as soon as I entered the restaurant, They told me to sit where I wanted to grab a menu and that they would help me that I understood) (but like I said they said they told me I had to order in front) the girl who finally arrived after 20min, she didn't even go to my table, she asks what I wanted to order from 6 feet approximately away from me, it was very uncomfortable. What a horrible experience honestly I don't come back here, this franchise is failing a lot with this customer service and its half service, dine in but you have to...

I did not have a good experience. I am not sure if it was an off night or not. We ordered curbside pickup. I called one minute after the email confirmation said the food would be ready. The person on the phone advised that they would try to get the order out as soon as possible. After 10 minutes, I go inside and find that my two pizzas are sitting on a shelf ready to go. Luckily they were still warm. I asked the guy at the counter to see the manager, he's aid he was the manager. Anyway, they acted like nothing was wrong and indicated how busy they were. They didn't seem busy to me. I can say that they got the order correct, but I swear a pizza hut pan pizza gets smaller every time I order it. I suggest you get your pizza somewhere other than this pizza hut location. Good...
