Rox Cafe — Restaurant in Maryland

Went there once, service was okay and food okay. Went there again for lunch, service was still just okay. Ordered something off the menu, when I tried it, I didn’t like it. I politely told them, and asked if I could get a new sandwich or a refund. They said we can’t make you a new sandwich nor give you a refund. They offered to toast my sandwich:/ which I know wouldn’t help, it was the taste of the meats I didn’t like. Also the sandwich was on their cold cuts section of the menu… so idk how that would help. I ordered an egg omelet and was told that egg orders placed after 11 am were not allowed, due to the cafe policy. I was also told that because of the rush (i.e 2 other people) they would not be able to accommodate me and asked me to order a steak and cheese instead "eww, There steak and cheese is the worst on the menu!!
