A bunch of crooks at this location…avoid at all costs. I put in an online order, and they couldn’t fulfill it because they didn’t have the ingredients (bread…subway didn’t have bread. There was your first clue). So it was cancelled, but not “officially” because they claim “they couldn’t”. According to Subway official, you have to get your refund via the store. They refused, claiming they had nothing to do with online orders. Well, you 1) take the order, 2) make the order, and 3) collect the money from the order. Except all they did was collect the money and act ignorant about anything else. They sure marked the order as complete, and the money was taken out of my account.
I told them, since I wasn’t getting my money back, to just go ahead and make the order (without the bread). They refused. So for those keeping track…no bread/can’t make order…no cancellation…no refund…and won’t make any part of the order. So they decided to just keep the money like a thief. When I called them out on this, saying that the money was going to them since they couldn’t cancel the order, they got hostile with me and pretended to not understand and shush me away.
This place and the customer service is straight garbage. It was probably the worst Subway experience ever, and that’s saying something when you can find these at Wal-Marts and even the sketchiest gas stations. Just avoid this place, there are better options for sandwiches. If you must have Subway, there are multiple other locations nearby. I’ll be following my own advice on this one and never set foot there...

My issue is with the online ordering. I'm finding this to be a trend with Subway in general. I order on the app, drive to the place, sit and wait while the app says my sandwich is being built. After it is completed and says it's ready it doesn't seem to make it to the mobile order pickup. Today my order said it would be finished at 12:35 pm. I put in the order around noon and arrived at about 12:05. They were a little busy and the app says the order was not being built yet so no big deal. The issue is that at 12:35 exactly the app said my meal was ready and yet still nothing was in the mobile order pickup. By this time the line was getting longer, so I shouldn't line, waited until someone assisted me and asked about the online order. The lady walked out near the register looked at all the printing out tickets located mine and then start at the sandwich. So if the sandwich hadn't even been started yet how could have been listed as being built or even being complete. It seems like it's all based on time and has nothing to do with the actual building or readiness of the food.
If the app is not accurate for data and the mobile water pickup is not actually being used and there should be a sign that tells people that ordered online what they should do. That way people who order online are not just sitting there waiting for something that's never...

The quality isn't bad it's the quantity when you get your sub and ask for more of a sauce or vegetable you're supposed to get it not here though skimpy practices asked for extra Ranch and black olives and nothing....down to under measuring meats what can I say I expect synchronicity among a franchise and this place ain't it thumbs down from me....too bad it's the closest to my house.....and yes I've ordered 4 or so times in person and app someone call corporate!!!!!!
