My girlfriend and I stopped in on Saturday for a couple subs. First off the employee who made them, I believe his name was Ali has quite a long beard and doesn't wear a hair net. Then we could barely understand his questions (what type of bread/toppings) due to his very thick accent. My girlfriend tried the Philly sub and I ordered a double meat meatball sub. The sauce was extremely watery, but even sauce but basically red water. Then, when he went to cut the sub he started using the same knife he closed up my girlfriends sub with, which had mayonnaise all over it. He made the sub and we ordered 2 meal deals with cookies instead of chips. Sat down to begin eating and noticed there were 2 cookies, not 4. I went and told him I never received mine and he packaged them up. As i went to walk away he said "you need to pay for those", which confused me, as I already had (the 2 meal deals). I tried explaining that to him but he couldn't understand me, so I tossed the cookies back to him and decided to go eat my sub. The bread was soaked through and completely soggy (despite having been toasted). The other worker there tried telling me that's what happens with a double meat meatball sub before I had him remake it. I've eaten at subways all over the US, and I know that it DOESN'T happen anywhere else.
I won't ever return to this subway again, and I would encourage others to also choose ANY OTHER RESTAURANT.

   Read moreWe placed an order for pickup earlier today on 4/16/25. Our order would have been picked up at 7:50pm if we didn’t have car trouble. We weren’t able to make it into the store until around 8:30pm. Which, we had thought was fine since the POSTED hours of your restaurant are until 9:00pm. Posted on several sites and on the Subway app, as well as on the front of your restaurant. It all says 9:00pm.
So, when we came in to pick the order up, your employee who was working could not have been more rude, stating that closing time was 8:00pm and that we kept him waiting and that we were ruining HIS time. He had the nerve to say, the boss says it’s 8:00pm, when we pointed out that everywhere else stated 9:00pm.
It’s not reasonable to expect your customers to know what you told your employees by word of mouth, if that is even what happened. If your hours are done 8:00pm, change it so that your customers know that. Absolutely ridiculous.
We won’t be back. And if you’re thinking, “big deal,” you just keep saying that while your employees mistreat customers and then wonder what happened when you have to close your...
   Read moreThe gentleman working this afternoon was amazing. I have never experienced better customer service. He was kind, professional, personable, just absolutely wonderful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him. He was kind to our children and made our shy one feel genuinely comfortable placing her order. The sandwiches were perfectly delicious! The place was spotless and well organized. Lovely experience for our lunch and we will absolutely be back as long as he is there!
Edit to add: I saw other reviews about his accent. He was so patient and understanding whenever we asked him to repeat himself so that we could better understand. Which wasn't often because he is, in fact, speaking English. It takes very little to understand him as he even gestures to what he is asking about and...
