Lets start with I plan on sending a email to legal since writing a complaint to corporate just goes straight to the owner, and in this situation, the owner is the problem. Sherri Anderson, who proudly advised she owns 8 Subway locations, knew from the tone of someone's voice "that I sounded like someone who would want a refund." As the woman Sherri was speaking to was African American, I can only imagine what she meant by that.
This began as an online order. In total, 4 subs were ordered. After placing the order on the Subway app, 3 subs were made correctly but one was not. A phone call was placed to this subway location and the worker advised to bring it back and they could remake it.
Upon arriving, the workers then advised that they could not remake it nor refund it even after they admitted they have been experiencing issues with the subway app submitting incorrect information. The owner, lovely Sherri as referenced above was called by her workers. She seemed to argue with her staff, advising them not to remake or refund, but to wipe the bread off and redo the toppings. (I am unsure where she got her customer service protocols but WOW). The workers were visibly uncomfortable and I was dumfound at such a lack of customer care.
Sherri who advised her staff that she would call me directly to speak was certainly able to get my hopes up only for her to actually laugh at me on the phone. This is when she explained that there was basically nothing she was going to do, and nothing I could do because there is no way to make a complaint, anything that is sent to Subway's website will just be sent to her. I then asked again for the sub to just be remade or refunded and that was when her prejudice colors showed advising that I sounded like someone who would want a refund.
Good Luck with this one. I for one will need to find out the rest of Subways she owns so I can avoid those as well since I will not support someone with any kind...

Made sure that I tipped on my $40 order because I knew they would have to come outside and hand it to me in this rain. I come home the pizzas are OK, my husband’s sub is missing bacon which we paid extra for and had no cheese and was not toasted. My BLT Had the tiniest piece of cheese melted into the lettuce. It was soggy mayonnaise all over the place I ordered pepper jack. I know what pepper jack looks like and taste like and this cheese Was sour. Upon calling Subway and telling them that my subs were not well done and I spoke to a lady that I was told is from India. She started to get very aggressive on the phone saying that she made my sub and she knows that she put bacon and she knows that she put cheese in that I was lying and to bring subs back because she wanted to see them in person and I said I don’t live near I have two kids that I just took out of the car in this rainy day, I had to put boots back on, I had to put jackets back on and it was just going to be a hassle and not worth my time. I just wanted a refund for the two subs that were messed up. Lady ended up hanging up the phone on me. I called back and I talked to Heather very nice and polite she also transferred me to another person this time of man I asked him are you the manager and he said no our manager is on vacation and there’s no way to contact them. I just asked for a refund or a gift card something to make this right and They did not want to do that even though I texted him the pictures of the subs. I have never felt so...

A coworker tried to return or get a new sub made since the one she got was wrong. The workers wanted to just make a new sub for her but the owner; Sherri, wouldn't let them and refused to refund the money saying she "...sounded like someone who would want a refund." Ironically it wasn't her money as I bought it for her on an account I use regularly and have never made any issues with the store. Regardless she berated my co worker and bragged that she owns multiple subways, all of which I now refuse to purchase from. The workers did try to help my coworker so I do not blame them but Sherri's customer service has been the worst I've ever seen and I will make sure she gets absolutely no more of my business.
