Firstly, I'm in the United States Navy. My initial interaction with the establishment was cool but slowly the true colors of this establishment showed. Tonight is the 17th of August 2018 and I have literally experienced the most disrespect that I've ever received in 13 yrs of being in the military. This story began with a long night of drinking and a semi conscious mindset of not wanting to drive in this mindset. This spans back to a entire month ago. I entered this establishment and drank entirely too much. Upon the acknowledgment of this I decided not to drive. My next decision was to sleep it off in my car. My car is a 2014 Mustang GT and it happens to be quite loud at idle so I didn't start the vehicle. I tossed the keys in the passenger seat and took a nap. While taking this nap (15mins) I was awaken by Dawn, a lankey dirty blonde, and she requested that I leave. Upon leaving and still drunk, I deceided to never come back there again. Now to fast forward to present day and time......... I went back there. Upon entering, I was greeted as "BLACK ALLEN" and the hostility followed. The question was asked..... " why haven't you been here in a while" and I honestly answered. My last interaction here was not pleasant. I was asked to do something that could have killed people. (drive away) After hearing this situation the Bartenders bombarded me with insults. I was barred out of this establishment by Tonya,(the person that gave me the name of BLACK ALLEN) and they threatened to have me forcefully removed. I serve this country. I've done it for 13yrs. I still do it honorably. BLACK ALLEN...... Uncalled for.. I did nothing but tell the truth. They asked why I didn't come and I told the truth. If I can sleep off, peacefully, what I've consumed, then I shouldn't be there. This establishment will falsely show their true colors. If you are Black..... Do not come here. The true colors of this...

I was there strictly for nostalgic reasons: I was born in Baltimore city near Greenmount cemetary but reside in Harford County/Bel Air now; however, when I was very young in the 1950's my parents and I and 4 other siblings spent our entire summers in a simple unfinished (no plumbing so we used an outhouse but it felt like camping) concrete block house on that road I have fond mrmories of biking, swimming, fishing, seining and crabbing every summer day on that great-only-for-kids-muddy-whitemarshy river. Periodically, if I am in that area, I drive down that road trying to find the house we once lived in but it has changed so drastically (with 2 new houses built on 2 of the 3 lots we owned that had not been assigned an address back then... just Lot numbers!) I stopped by the Dugout to talk to any older neighborhood patrons who could enlighren my search but I was unsuccessful. Everyone was friendly but no one I talked to lived on that road whuch indicates that good food has to be the draw. I was there less than a half hour snd did not eat or drink while there. It is a small place with tables & chairs for dining and a bar area and at approximately 7:30 pm was not...
I was out running errands and instead of going for fast food or other popular restaurants, I went to this bar because they had corned beef and cabbage on St Patrick's day which was awesome so I tried their spaghetti and meat sauce. It took a while to get waited on, food was was good. The sides they listed on menu board were extra cost and do not come with your meal which I thought was odd. They didn't have any parmesan cheese for my meal which I missed having. They have plenty of tv's to watch the O's. Pool tables, shuffleboard, several beers on tap. I will go back because I try to support local bussinesses. I think I caught them on an off day thus the reason I...
