I should have never come back here, but I was about to get on the highway with my kids screaming for Wendy's. I didn't want to hear it all the way home.

They screwed my order up so bad, maybe it was meant for someone else. I asked for a receipt and was told that "we don't have receipts". Really? I asked for the manager who took 6-7 minutes to find it. The whole time they were talking (loud enough for me to hear) and saying how I was an a$$ hole for holding up their line. WTH? I just got my money back and will never return.

THEY SHOULD BULLDOZE THIS LOCATION, WENDY'S CORPORATION SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

Obviously they don't care about the bad reviews because they still have terrible service and have not addressed this. I have to admit that I didn't know about all the bad reviews until I had yet another terrible experience there and came here to let everyone...

SUCKY SUCKY SUCKY SERVICE!!! THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AFTER 12AM. EVERY WENDY'S STAYS OPEN TILL 2 AM (BY THEIR OWN ADMISSION ) THIS LOCATION DOES NOT! my review is in all caps because apparently noone from this franchise ever saw the previous reviews other patrons have left, stating THE EXACT SAME THING. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! why advertise that your store is open till 2 am when they NEVER ARE. EVEN THOUGH I CAN SEE MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES IN THE STORE WALKING AROUND ARGUING AND SHOUTING AT ONE ANOTHER. what the hell is going on here? I live only a few blocks from this location so it's supposed to be convenient but it rarely is.
