It's retarded, no closing time on the door or anywhere, went in at 8:57 and was told the inside was closed when someone finally came out. Said they closed the dining area at 9:00. Sandwiches were good, because they let Us order, but couldn't even get drinks. We went to Murphy's by Walmart and ate in the Truck. They sent out the Youngest Crew member, it is the second time I have been treated poorly at that store. Delaware has NEVER been that way. I live in Ostrander, so I am in between the 2 Stores. But I shop at Kroger, Meijer and Walmart in Marysville. The last time this store had a Glass Case and We got Salads and were treated like We weren't Welcome. Seems to be a habit at this Marysville Store. It's a shame. I and my Fiancee have Managed Restaurants in the past. Never treated Customers like that. If it says 9:00( which it doesn't give a closing time anywhere.) The Doors are open till closing time. They weren't locked or We wouldn't have been able to get in. I operated a Pizza store and never acted like They did. No, the Customer isn't always right, but You treat them with respect. Read moreWe've had very few problems with this store over the years. They usually tend to overcook the pizza a bit, but nothing too bad. On a rare occasion we order delivery, but decided to last night. I ordered the pizzas and the site said it would be approximately 65 minutes. That seemed reasonable. It was Saturday night and they were likely understaffed, like every other place anymore. I waited over 90 minutes and then checked our email. I had one saying my order had left the store over an hour earlier! I called to ask what was going on. The young lady that answered immediately directed me to her manager, who said our order would be here soon. I asked if I would receive a discount and the manager comped our order. Our pizzas arrived a few minutes later . It was pretty evident that they had been sitting in the warming box for an hour. I would have rather paid for fresh food than get free...
Read moreI had placed an order for delivery the other night. It said my pizza will arrive at 8:20. Order was placed at 7:22pm. Our pizza was 35 minutes late. My husband called Donatos and spoke with the manager Kylie. She was rude and said well we only have three drivers tonight. He explained that had we been better known if communicated with regarding that we could have just picked up our pizza. He then said the driver just showed up and she hung up on him. I will be calling back and speaking with hopefully a manger that will set this right! Called back the next day and got stuck talking to Kylie. She again was rude and I basically told her the same my husband did that communication is key especially in the business you are in. She said she would refund $10.00 of the cost but will not refund all of it. Still waiting on that...
