I hate that I have to give such a poor review, but wow! We have been to Hippy Dippy countless times, waited in all sorts of lines and not complained, recommended them to everyone we know, and after tonight I’m not sure we’ll be back. After a long day with our little guy at home, we decided to get out of the house and grab some dinner and Hippy Dippy was a welcomed pit stop on the way home. My fiancé stayed in the car with the baby and I ran inside to grab our ice creams. Another lady had walked in with me and asked to buy a gift card. I sat at the counter waiting for at least 15 mins while they gossiped and completely ignored the fact that I was waiting. Not a word was spoken to me this entire time….I was the only other customer there. I even walked outside once to make sure our baby hadn’t woken up and came back in and was still ignored. The lady working said her friend owns the place, but to be honest I would be embarrassed admitting that when you are so disrespectful and provide this type of service. We LOVE supporting the small businesses in our town, but I eventually walked out with no ice cream and a screaming baby in the car. :( So incredibly disappointed to have such a sour taste in my mouth about this place now, because the owner is kind and the ice cream is great. I guess who you have working for your business and the care they put into it really...

We recently had the absolute pleasure of having Hippy Dippy Creamery cater the dessert for our wedding, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their service was exceptional, and their delicious creations were truly the star of the show.

What truly set them apart was their incredible flexibility and willingness to accommodate our unique vision. Instead of a traditional cake cutting, we wanted an ice cream taste before the main dessert serving began, and Hippy Dippy Creamery didn't hesitate to make it happen. Our guests were absolutely raving about the "mocktini" menu, featuring fancy ice cream sundaes served elegantly in martini glasses. Each sundae was a work of art, and the personalized picks were a huge hit! We chose a picture of our beloved cat, which was such a fun and heartwarming way to include him in our special day.

I love this place! There's already a ice cream place in town, but these guys beat them 10 to 1! I'm so happy to see a good small business in town to add to our repetoir. They have tons of hand dipped flavors, soft serve, baked good, and smoothies. They also have different types of cones to pick from as well. The staff is SUPER nice and are ready to answer any questions you may have and offer free samples of there flavors. They also have dairy free options of ice cream as well, which is very nice due to my wife being lactose intolerant. The prices are definitely worth the quality of the product. The only issue I can see coming in the near future is parking. The parking lot is kind of small, and it was filled up when we went today. And today was just a rainy Sunday. I can't imagine how packed it's going to be on a hot and sunny holiday weekend. Hopefully they have something planned for this.
