i waited in line for THIRTY-FIVE minutes for two medium drinks & a cake pop. they did three peopleās orders that ordered after me before even starting mine. when they did finish my first drink, they went on to make other peopleās orders prior to mine being finished. when i got my second drink, they literally forgot whipped cream (i had to tell them to put it on) and then when she finished doing my order correctly, she spilt my drink all over the counter and did not offer to remake it. she said āiām sorryā in the most monotone, uncaring voice ever. after i cleaned up the mess SHE made, i had to tell her iām waiting on a cakepop. it took her three minutes to get it to me. there were three people working.
two very nice ladies that also put in orders came up to me and apologized for how long i had been waiting, so clearly it was not just me who was aggravated.
they showed no sign of good customer service to ANYONE in the line, including myself. i am not even kidding when i say i hope every single person gets replaced with kind people who can actually do what starbucks requires them to do. genuinely the worst experience of my life. i am a 16 year old with my mom & we both have jobs that we need to attend to, so i was in a bit of a hurry to get out of the line with my food.

Lied that they don't have the new Chicken, Maple Butter, and Egg sandwich (saw them stocking a full tray of it). Said anything in the display case is available. That was in the display case... So we're Blueberry scones but she rolled her eyes when we asked for that, and told us they were out of that as well.
The other team member was very kind and generous and actually made our order. Meanwhile, R, tried ignoring us and wouldn't speak to us.

When handed out it looked decent.. but her cup was cracked all the way down the side.. asked for new cup, but instead was given a whole new drink with no extra caramel.. but the caramel that was in it was a different color than the caramel in my other daughter's drink who got the same thing. Didn't taste good. Something was off with the mocha cookie crumble as well. We are big fans of Starbucks.. but Worth the drive to go to the other Starbucks...
