Maryville Domino's is the worst store ever!! Tonight I order a medium hand tossed meatzza and one medium thin crust pacific veggie pizza. I placed the order at 2:49pm and used the tracker. Around 3:20 I checked the tracker and it said that the driver was 5 mins away. So I called the store to find out where our driver was and was told that the driver should be on their way and I told the manager that we have never had this bad of a service before and that we are dissatisfied than, the manager told me the driver had come back to the store and they told the manager that they had called my phone to let me know they were here and that they knocked on our door and got no answer which they didn't do!! No call or knock than was told that they were going to be sent back out to deliver the pizzas so I asked if the pizzas were going to be good quality or even hot because of how long the driver was taking and because of how cold the weather is. I was told the food should still be hot because of the hot boxes they are put in. So we waited and 4 'o clock rolls around no driver so I called the store again was told how short staffed their store is that they only have one driver and manager on duty and that they are swamped with orders that the general manager had to help with deliveries and that they are pushing online orders back to 2hr wait time so I reitterated how dissatisfied we were that we have such poor service and how this has never happened and how we are loyal customers than the general manager gets on the phone and tells me that the driver couldn't call but he knocked on our door in which I replied that no one came to the door because we were waiting by it and that we even checked our apartment parking lot. Basically the general manager argued with me by interrogating me with questions and would not listen to me than he hung up on me. After waiting over 50 mins for the delivery we got our pizzas which were warm not hot the one meatzza pizza that was supposed to be hand tossed was thin crust and the pacific veggie pizza that was thin crust had a long dark hair with gray at the end on the pizza. I called the store to complain and was that they could send new pizzas out which I turned down so they said they will call their district manager and see what they wanted to do and call me back. 20 mins go back I call the store and spoke to the manager again saying we just want a refund so the manager tells me that they will give me a refund but because of what happened they will no longer do business with us. I gave the workers $100 and they deposited it into their safe and said they’d give me change in a moment. They went on about their work. I stood there while my food was cooling for 6 mins about before I addressed my change so I could leave. They put me off again saying it takes up to at least 10 mins for their safe to open to give me change. You’d think they would tell a patron that before depositing their cash as hostage into a safe! While I stood there waiting, I watched the workers go about their business with little to no care of kitchen hygiene practices. From adjusting their hat mid pizza dough rolling (BARE HANDED), adjusting pants with the thumb inside their pants, handling money and personal objects then going and managing food. Read morePrior to our last experience, I would've given them a 4+ rating, however this has changed after gettting stiffed an item from our last order. One of our items was not delivered and the driver that said they would have the mgr refund the cost to our card. After 2 phone calls it still was not refunded. On the 3rd phonecall we were told we had to call Dominos Corporate. We tried 3 times to call them & were on hold at least 30 mins each time without ever getting a representative. We finally called the store again & were told that we could order something of similar price but that they would not cover the delivery fee. In my opinion, this is very very poor customer service. We have spent over 90 mins of our time trying to get reimbursed for a $ 7-8 salad that we were shorted. They should have at minimum offered free delivery on the credited item to rectify this.
