Whereas I can almost always count on days shift when I'm in a rush to eat before we get slammed over here, I've recently become a little a annoyed with the night crew. Most times it's fine but lately some crew members have taken to locking the doors to the lobby way before the scheduled lobby close time but keeping he drive thru open. As posted on the door and online one would EXPECT to be able to get service at 10:30 when it clearly states you don't close lobby until 11. And this has been recurring over the past three weeks and only on certain nights. I don't wanna be a pushover but I'll close my store next door at 10 and try to get dinner and I won't even be able to go in nor will they pick up they're ringing phone. Read moreI went there in the evening and I am posting the pictures. But I am taking my food back to them. I had ordered a big Mac no lettuce extra sauce. I get home get ready to eat my sandwich I had noticed that the box was super heavy. I open it up there had to of been at least a cup and I am not exaggerating extra sauce. It was in between the buns and all over the box caked in it’s like they meant to bury the burger in the sauce. And yes this is a evening shift with kids. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with them. This is not a way toPrepare food when people are coming through to order something to eat and get home and cannot even eat it because there’s no way of eating it.
