Subway — Restaurant in Mascoutah

I walked in and waited a minute or two for anyone to even walk out from the kitchen area and when the two younger looking people came from the kitchen they were Arguing over who’s gonna make The sandwiches and who’s gonna cash them out and they were both wearing AirPods and I don’t have a name for the male or female since neither name tags or hats or wash their hands before making our sandwiches but they started finally making our food and the lady making our food was not listening to anything we asked for for our first sandwich and so after we had to clarify three times what we wanted we finally got it made and then she kind of listened for the second one and they were not friendly at all didn’t even get the right wrap for our sandwich. They put it on flatbread instead because they weren’t listening and then after we walked out, they were still complaining and talking bad about the customers. What goes on in this place? As I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted with the pleasant and flavorful aroma of the delectable subway ingredients. The staff members were extremely kind and helpful (I have down syndrome). After I had the pleasure speaking with these delightful employees I sat down at begin eating my foot long. It was the best thing I have ever tasted! This review is for this order as the others have been good. Ordered on app a Philly Cheesesteak and a Subway club with specifics. Neither was correct. My wife's Club wasn't even a club, totally different sandwich. I called and went to pickup the correct one. When I got home with hers and went to eat mine it was wrong also wrong.
