Terrible service, sub standard quality of food. Customer service from hourly right up to management is comical. This review is a culmination of several orders both phone and internet. When calling discuss an issue, all these people do is make excuses, not offer solutions. If I need to tell you how to figure out how to resolve an issue, or if in fact the order is mostly wrong there are NO EXCUSES. The only thing that ANY employee should be doing is 1. listen to your customer. 2. Apologize for the mistake. 3. Offer a solution to the problem/issue !!!! This is the corner stone of what customer service means (by any reasonable definition) The question is then posed, why continue to order from Dominos? There are very few places to order pizza from in Mason City, I am terminally ill and thus do not drive. Answer: lack of choice, and apparent idiocy on my part believing that management or owners would want to elevate this excuse of service that is being offered. Upon pulling up to the window we could visibly see a very unclean kitchen, the young man tik toked up to the window with a long stick in his mouth recording himself. They told us there would be a wait for one of our pizzas. They proceeded to make the pizza without washing their hands and the first employee quickly passed our dough to the young man who had been taking the stick in and out if his mouth. Mind you. No handwashing for anyone in-between any of the mouth touching and surface touching. Very upset knowing we order delivery frequently from this establishment. Read moreI was having online ordering issues so I call the store for some assistance and the worker, Max, was rude to say the least. It was an online deal which is how i was trying to order, but on the final step to checkout a window would pop-up that said "null". Max told me to try ordering again online, so i immediately did, but it wouldnt go through because they were closed. So i call back, he answers the phone stating they are closed, and i say, i just spoke with you and im not able to place that order online for tonight. He said yeah we are closed, i asked him why he just told me to reorder online then?? All that nonsense I went thru and i didnt even get an apology for the initial online issues. He acted like he was doing me a big favor by placing the order at full price....
