I ordered a Deluxe double cheeseburger with no pickle. I asked them to make it fresh not just pick them off, because I cannot have the juice either. I am allergic. When I got the Burger it was filled with pickles. I asked for a refund. The manager did not want to give me one she wanted to give me a card. I said if I would not have pulled over in your parking lot and opened it before I ate it you guys would be paying for my medical bills because I would be in the hospital right now. All I'm asking for is my money back. She told me to pull ahead she would make it fresh and refund my money. I said OK thank you. When they brought me the Burger there was no tomato on it. For the 3rd time I drove through the drive-through. When I got to the window she said there was no pickle on it I checked. I said there is no pickle on it you are correct. But I ordered a Deluxe and that is not a Deluxe. She opened it looked at it said yes it is. I said doesn't a Deluxe have tomatoes on it? That 1 does not. She said what's in the other 2 bags it was there I checked. I said why would I lie? I showed her the bags so she could look in side in them. She said I don't know what happened between the time that I gave it to you and right now. Why is it wilted? I said I don't know maybe, because I sat in line behind 4 vehicles to bring it back again. I really did not appreciate being told that I took a tomato off. If I wanted another tomato, I would ask for extra tomatoes. Why the hell would I lie about it? All I wanted to do is eat and not die. But apparently, that was too much to ask for...
Read moreOne of the cab drivers pull through McDonald's South federal at 6:00 a.m. 04/09/2018 I was on the phone with them as they went through the drive-through the lady who is taking the order was very loud over the speakerphone so my driver had to repeat the order again after repeating the order the driver pulled up to the window to pay for his order and I heard this entire conversation. He asked who was taking the orders this morning and she said she is new she's only been here 2 days very rude he said oh i was just checking....and she shut the window on him when she opened it backup she handed him his change and Said you're lucky even got your order taking this morning....my driver told me after that he threw the change in the receipt through her window and told her she was being very rude and he didnt want there damn food....I heard this entire conversation im SCHOCKED I will never eat at McDonald's again.... I think it's time that we hold people responsible for their actions you be disrespectful the company loses money we have that same problem in the cab company if one of my drivers are disrespectful will we give the ride for free. I told my driver he should file a small claims suit against McDonald's for his money back ! BTW MANGER AND CASHIER LORI I HOPE YOU BOTH HAVE...

We had to wipe down our own table, there were fries all over the floor, all the trash cans were full so we couldn’t even throw trash away. The manager who was working the front counter had a terrible and rude attitude. She wasn’t wearing a name tag but she had a red shirt on which tells me she was likely the one in charge. It’s sad that these are the people they put in charge and to work the front line to deal with customers. I would think they could make a better choice of who to have leading the pack there. The food was very mediocre. The fries were terrible. The Big Mac bun was stale and my fish sandwich wasn’t made right. Our child had to use the bathroom and I ended up making him wait because the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day.
