I recently dined at Joe’s Italian Ristorante in Mason, Texas, and it was an absolute delight! The cozy, welcoming atmosphere set the perfect tone for a fantastic meal. We ordered the Supreme Pizza and the Alfredo Pizza, and both were outstanding. The Supreme was loaded with fresh, high-quality toppings—pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms—all perfectly balanced on a crispy, hand-tossed crust with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The Alfredo Pizza was a creamy dream, with a rich, velvety sauce, tender chicken, and a golden crust that had us savoring every bite. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and the pizzas were baked to perfection. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I LOVE JOE'S! I was so sad when they originally closed but now that they're back in a new location my husband and I are thrilled! As soon as we heard they were back we RAN there for dinner. I was elated! The staff is so friendly and when we don't feel like cooking, it's so nice to head over to Joe's! I'm a sucker for the garlic knots (I've been known to eat way too many) and I always get the eggplant parmesan. When we're feeling indulgent we get the calamari too. The desserts are great and it's just such a treat to not have to drive an hour to eat somewhere that feels fun and delicious. The only problem is I leave STUFFED haha. I am so happy to have another restaurant in town to give us more choices for a meal. I ordered Chicken Parmesan using a phone app and the food was ready in less than half an hour, piping hot and very tasty. I also feel like I got my money's worth as the portion was huge and enough for me to eat another meal tomorrow! I will be going back there regularly so that I can try some of the other menu items.
