Nacho's Cafe — Restaurant in Mason

Rude employees. I ordered the chicken fried steak and had seen online mashed potatoes and gravy. Mentioned it to my waitress. She said they didn't have them and never did even though I showed her the picture. Said it was a special. That was fine but when I changed my mind because I never had fried with Chicken Fried steak she began to tell me how ignorant that was that no one eats chicken fried steak with anything other than fries or maybe a baked potato. In sorry little daughter of the owner but maybe if you would leave the one horse town you'll never leave you would be able to see that the tiny Xbox town you call home is a speck on the map. Ill trust my culinary palet that has traveled the world over your 20 years of living in Brady texas any day. Remember the customer is your bread and butter. You might learn something. I'll be heading back to Los Angeles where cultural diverse people get to experience the world and are open to learning new things and respect those who pay our bills and keep the lights on.I thought this place raved about it being a Christian owned facility ??? Maybe you should pray about what you said and how you treated...

The Scenery was About the Only thing Good About the Restaurant!!We Headed Back to Abilene -Myself;Daughter n 5Granddchildren -walked in at @5:45pm-maybe 2tables with people at them -ordered our food.Sat for an Hour and a half befor e I plate was brought .By the time our orders were filled the place was full of Patrons that received their food before Us.Talk about Disgusted .They brought Our plates Half-Completed-Fish No Tartar Sauce-Granddaughters Onion rings Burnt!!No Coleslaw -brought burn Refried beans -looking 3Days Old.the Flautas look like to 2inch thick Tortillas Pastted Together-Im Embarressed fot Yall to Call this a Mexican Restaurant.Apparently you have never had Real Mexican food -Not sure if you've Ever learned how to cook fish.Poor Customer Service Never Ever Will I eat there Again.Come to San Antonio Tx. or Even Small Abilene Texas -Learn Some Cooking n Customeer Service -Eat Real Delicious Food !!If There had Been a 0-10You all would have received a...

Let me just say DO NOT go to work for these people, my wife worked for these people as well as her friend, within the first 3 days they were threatening her job because she wasn't perfect...They over hired once again and only gave her 4 days a month they did the same to her friend...they only get paid 2.25 an hour therefore if your not working 5 days a week you will not be able to make money and if you make a mistake you will be punished by losing hours or days of work....i don't know how these people expect their employee's to make a living...They seem to of forgotton their employee's are and were CUSTOMERS first

They are very unorganized if they can't even hire properly don't get your hopes up working for this place its a waste of time and energy and not to mention hope in actually making money......As far as the food goes its just Mexican food nothing special for the price not at...
