Peace, Love, and Little Donuts — Restaurant in Massillon

The only reason I chose to give three stars is because the nice lady at the front desk when I came in this morning was very kind and courteous. I placed an order yesterday, which was a Wednesday, for around 8 AM to get some donuts for some coworkers. not only did their website say they were open but so did Google and so did the peace love and little donuts app the app let me place an order, but when I arrived to pick it up, the lights were all off and the building was closed. Essentially, I paid about $20 for a box of donuts and had to drive 30 minutes to Green to get an order due to this location being closed their sign on the exterior of the building states that they are open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Saturday and I believe Sunday with the option to be closed on Mondays. I came in this morning Thursday, to see if there was any way that I could have my order from the previous day refunded or remade when I arrived. The open sign was on, but the lights were off and there was one lady working inside. When I walked in, I was told that they were not open for business due to some issues with equipment, which is completely fine and understandable but a little contradictory to what the website the app and the sign on the door state. I love, peace, love and little donuts and this is the closest location to me, but unfortunately, I will no longer be shopping here as the hours never seem to be consistent and I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Thanks again to the kind worker that was there when I arrived, but after checking out some of the other reviews, this may not be the best...

The owner was kind and cool. It's interesting to watch the donuts being made right there in front of you. It's cool that you can pick your toppings as well. The overall taste of these magical little bites of heaven are amazing!!! I would recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth, or if you're looking to bring treats for the office, or if you're having an event. Believe me! Absolutely love the donuts !! They lack greatly with customer service. I got there 2 mins before opening and walked in ...... the door was wide open . I was told we aren’t open yet and that the employee was busy working on orders. Not sure why I couldn’t stand there for 2 mins and prepare my order.
