Honolua Farms Kitchen — Restaurant in Maui

If there is one spot you have to hit for food on Maui it’s most definitely this cute little food truck, hands down! I am in no way exaggerating and 100% confident in saying that the burger I had there was the best I’ve ever had in my life. Seriously unbelievably tasty. Not only that, but their smoothies are amazing, they have great local kombucha, most of their other ingredients come right from their farm or sourced locally, annndd the service was awesome! The lady who runs the food truck/ owns the farm is super sweet, lovely to talk to, and a hell of a chef. The other employees were a lot of fun too though I’m guessing they rotate through often as I believe they were all WOOFers. Another plus is that this is located right at the trailhead to Honolua Bay which has, arguably, the best snorkeling on the island. Go swim through the reefs with the turtles, octopus, eels, and a plethora of beautiful tropical fish and finish the day off one of the most perfect meal you have ever treated your taste buds too. Great food in such a beautiful location. Honolua Bay is absolutely beautiful as well as the area around it, and this food tastes great to match it. We got the burger and chicken and curry, as well as an arnold palmer. The burger was great, the beef tastes like it should. No after taste, but just like the grass fed beef we get off the farms here. The chicken and curry was fantastic, great flavor but no overpowering and the vegetables in there were great as well. My wife also raved about how great her Arnold Palmer was. Stumbled upon this place decided to stop and try the banana bread. They were fresh and still warm. It was $7 each. Didn’t managed to get a picture before inhaling the whole thing… no one is ever going to convince me that this isn’t the best banana bread ever….. The bad part of it is now that I know this exists I will never be able to enjoy any other banana bread again.
