Brooo. Time management. Learn it. You can ask the person at the speaker to hold for just a moment. Why are you filling your drive thru before you even take my cash? The process of cash handling and placing an order are two different things entirely. New person at the window or not. I saw the manager walk up and help her right at the register next to the window. Why not send a smile my way? Why not grab my cash right away? There's no reason in a drive thru or sit down service a customer should be ignore for any amount of time. So why am I sitting in your drive thru for 10 minutes? At the window. At first seeing my food getting bagged and then other employees tending other things. Why couldn't someone come and help the customer at the window? I mean 10 minutes. That's excessive for a drive thru. And it's like that a lot. I can't tell you how many drive offs I've seen , including the one I saw while at the window waiting. Step up your game. Employee shortage doesn't seem to be the problem. But maybe focus more on time management? I mean, we're your business. I give customer service a 0 but foods good warm or cold so I give y'alls people on the grills...
Read moreI bought a cookie dough blizzard to-go and once I got home and started eating it, I noticed a strong chemical taste and smell. My husband tried it and noticed it as well. We scraped off the top, but further down, the chemical taste was still there. I wasn’t going to drive all the way back to DQ, but I did call to inform them about the issue. I explained that something must be wrong with their machine or product and that I wanted to let them know so the issue can be fixed before they sell more blizzards. The man I spoke to gave me some excuse about them possibility cleaning off the tables and some of the cleaning solution may have gotten in my blizzard. I find this unlikely unless they mixed the cleaning solution into my blizzard. Either way, he didn’t seem very concerned about chemicals in his products that should never (not even accidentally) be there. Safe to say I will think twice before going there again. Fingers crossed that I...
Read moreMy son and I went to dairy Queen just to get some ice cream and we got to the window and my son wasn't quite ready, so we asked the cashier to hold on a minute. The cashier kept asking if we were ready and finally I told them that we would move off to the side and come back around that way people behind us could get their stuff. The lady made the statement that she couldn't do that, she was very rude and very pushy so my son just ordered a plain chocolate milkshake and that is not what he wanted. The milkshake was good but that was not what we came for. Cashier was Andy. This happened today October 5th at 6:25 p.m. at the Mayfield dairy Queen. When we got to the window to pay the cashier seemed very agitated with us. All together we are very unpleased with the service I felt very uncomfortable. But the ice creams...
