I made on line order at this location at 1:18. I arrived ten minutes later. The order wasn’t ready and there were two people in line. The young lady, who I later realized was the only one in the building, asked if I was here for an online order. I told her I was. She finished the order she was working on. Then started on the other persons in line. Unfortunately this was after two other groups of people had walked in. Each with multiple sandwiches. She has made them in the order the folks were in line. I’ve now been here for almost an hour. After ordering ahead. What is the point in ordering ahead if you have to get in line to have your order made? The poor girl was floundering, but still, why make other peoples orders when I’m still sitting here watching you? This clearly isn’t her fault. She seemed new. The fault here lies on whatever idiot left this undertrained person in a store by herself. Is that not a liability? If I didn’t have people waiting on me expecting these I would’ve walked out 30 minutes ago. This is a tragic breakdown in how to effectively run a business. You’ve lost a customer and hopefully more to follow. I regret having given this place my money and is defeintwly wasn’t worth the promo to come here. I could’ve gone to 4 other subways by now, and they still haven’t even started my order.

Read moreBefore I begin let me say the food is ok. ( Not great but ok. It’s not always fresh but ok enough to eat.) I’m a huge Subway fan and the fact that this one is 10 minutes from my home is a nice convenience. However this is the last time we will order from here. I would rather drive 15 miles farther than have to not get what I ordered. First, I ordered a salad. Since it was a pick up order and not dine-in, I asked for the dressing on the side so that it wouldn’t be soggy. It was also a dressing I had not tried so to be on the safe side…. Not only was the dressing on my salad, it was drenched and all veggies were super soggy and puddles. The kid who made it apologized when we picked it up and said he didn’t realize until after he made it that the dressing was supposed to be on the side. ( If they knew, shouldn’t they have just remade it?- Anyway.) My partner ordered the Cold Cut Combo with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, black olives, banana peppers and honey mustard. What he got was a subway melt with cucumbers, jalapeños, spinach and drenched with some kind of vinaigrette to the point the bread was super soggy and basically disintegrated when he picked it up. Read moreAbsolute worst possible food experience I could've had last night. Ordered thru the app, asked for LESS (light) for my sauce. My sandwich was literally DRIPPING and POURING sauce out of it after husband brought it home to me. I took pictures of the actual puddles of sauce on the paper and video of it actually dripping out, pics of so much sauce you could barely see the toppings, which were ALL wilted and disgusting looking. This was right at closing, so couldn't call. Called today, the DISTRICT MANAGER calls back and says since we can't bring the sub back (it got thrown away bc it was stinking up the fridge and nobody wanted it!) That she wouldn't do anything to fix it. And to boot, acted like we were trying to score free food. I was actually pleased to see that im just one of MANY people recently who have noticed an extreme decline in the quality of this location. If you're doing SO bad that you can't fix ONE sandwich, it may be time to close it down. Oh, and we didn't even mention the exact sauce situation on my husband's sandwich.
