Harps Food Stores — Local services in Mayflower

This is a terribly ran business, not customer service friendly at all! If you’re a customer in the store with merchandise and the store is 2 minutes after closing, check out that customer instead of asking them to leave because you’d rather go home than finish your job and excel in service! Never known a business to treat customers this way! Absolutely terrible. Small town service at its worst. Sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve heard the employees have treated their customers this way at closing hours. Unfortunately I don’t know the owner of this location or I’d reach out to him/her directly. Please work to train your employees...

The hamburger meat they sell at this store is absolutely ridiculous, what they call 80/20 is a complete joke. You can't hardly fry a hamburger pattie because these cooks down and your pattie will fall apart with an unbelievable amount of grease. For the price you pay for it they should get it right. We cooked a meatloaf and it looked like an earthquake across from so much fat in it. It is far from 80/20, i can't do my shopping there anymore. I may pick up a few items now and then but that's it. It's a shame, most of the people are great but I can save at least 50.00...

The only grocery store in Mayflower. The only problem I have with this place is that they REALLY need to check their produce and meat. I've seen several instances where the meat was brown and had gone bad, as well as picked up rotten onions and vegetables. I've even seen burnt bread in the bread isle and I told someone about it and they just laughed and said "oh you didn't want another loaf of bread?" No I just wanted them to know that they need to be aware because if they are the only grocery store in Mayflower, they need...
