Subway — Restaurant in McAllen

I ordered Tuna footlong with mayo, oil & vinegar, spiinach, shredded cheese, cucumber, onions, bell pepper, pickles, salt, pepper, oregano, parmesian cheese, toasted on Italian Herb and Cheese. Sandwich artists made my sandwich perfectly, it was absolutely delicious and satisfying. Employees are very courteous and helpful, it was a very good Subway experience. It is very clean inside, organized and chips & drinks are well stocked. Bathrooms were nice and clean. There is also a drive thru at this location. Subway is located next to Synergy Solar and Acclaimed Auto Service. I got a coupon in the mail for a footlong meal (sandwich, chips, and drink) for $8.99, too good to pass that up. I work close to this location, therefore i go pretty often although the staff is slow the prices and distance have kept me as a customer, I went on Saturday at 8:30 pm there was 2 ladies in front me with several orders and they were being rude to staff, which made the girls very nervous unfortunately for me and my worker this made them even slower. when it was our turn I was ready but they were not I had to repeat myself Several times and they charged me for both orders since I was first, I paid bc I was in a rush to get to work which I still ended up eating at my desk. My suggestion is for them to hire more staff for busy days as Saturdays tend to be and perhaps lower music so they staff can...

That's it! I'm done with with location!! I'm tired of being disappointed here. It's sad because it's the closest one to my parents house. I've already had too many occasions where my order is wrong and still end up having to pay for something I didn't order. The manager says she'll credit your next order and the next time you go, she acts like nothing ever happened and refuses to give you credit and makes you pay again. Awful service.
