Pretty good place for Mexican eats. I've been here several times while on family ski trips or just passing through. The food is probably the best part here. As far as Mexican food goes, I didn't really see a lot on the menu that was out of the realm of ordinary fare for Mexican restaurants. However, the options available are pretty good portions of very flavorful Mexican staples. The service was decent. Not exceptional but polite, and professional. This place can be pretty busy on Friday nights, etc. So be prepared for that. The atmosphere is similar to the service. Pretty good, nothing crazy though. Overall, just a good Mexican restaurant, especially for this far north in Idaho.

I have eaten here several times and it is always amazing. This last time my family and I went out to eat and it was packed as usual but we were served, seated, ordered, and food brought out very quickly. I have no bad things to say about this place. I had the pollo a la crema, we also ordered the chipotle enchiladas, carne asada tacos, carne asada and camarones, and enchiladas in mole to go (best mole I’ve ever had). I should have ordered a cup of just the mole sauce to go it was so amazing. Their margaritas are delicious too. Seriously if you haven’t been here you should go.

Pretty darn good Mexican food for Idaho. Riding that line between American-ized and authentic. Some dishes are spot on, others a little iffy. The Chili Colorado was excellent, but just a tad bit too salty. Other than that, well put together and good service. They seemed a little overwhelmed this particular evening, but there wasn't too many people in the restaurant. But there has been a lot of people in town so it is understandable. Chips and salsa was also phenomenal

Oh my gosh! How do I even begin to express how happy we were with our rehearsal dinner catered by Noemi and Jose of Pueblo Lindo aboard "The Idaho" the night before our wedding?! From the steak fajitas, pollo chipotle and pork La Birria to the nice warm churros, everything was absolutely delicious! We continue hearing from guests about how yummy they thought each bite was. One of our guests even called my father on Sunday, the day after the wedding to ask where the actual restaurant was so they could go have dinner there that night.

From our first time meeting at the restaurant to our telephone correspondence over the past several months and then our big weekend itself, Noemi, Jose and the entire Pueblo Lindo staff have been an absolute pleasure to work with.

We are already looking forward to another lunch or dinner at the restaurant. We can't say enough good things about Noemi and Jose. They were fantastic to work with and they helped to make our rehearsal dinner cruise one of the biggest highlights of our...

Tried this place for some Steak Fajitas, I will never return! Our waitess, I wish i would've got her name, Extremely rude Didn't smile once nor was she even looking at us when we were ready to order, She was too busy looking elswhere & Short as short can get, "Are you ready to order" Us, "Sorry, No not yet" & Just walks away. Didn't even ask how we're doing in that timeframe, Didn't check on us once Only brought our food & took our order, With the Fajitas Entree, Those hot platters are HOT & Sizzling, She just slid the platter right in front of me Knowing Fajitas are still splattering, Yes my arms got burnt, I had to push the plate away so quick as the waitres had already walked away! I've had bad service, But this place topped it. The food was great & Other staff was friendly, but it's unfortunate that they have this lady as a waitress at this wonderful restaurant, We also think the AC wasn't working at the time, It was super Hot inside on...

This was the BEST place for Mexican food in Idaho!

Being from Cali we're use to GREAT Mexican food. It's just synonymous with Cali. The number of Amazing places to eat there is only limited by your ability to enjoy! It's that good there.

Here in Idaho it's been hit and miss on good Mexican food, mostly miss. Which is a huge disappointment because we LOVE all the herbs and spices south of the border has to offer!

Well... here you go. McCall knocked it out of the park! Pueblos Lindo has a large menu and even a vegetarian section. We easily made menu items vegan (cause that's how we roll). Boy or boy! Each dish was Amazing.

I had Spinach enchiladas, the rice and whole pinto beans were to die for! They traditionally prepare the spinach in butter so be mindful if you're vegan as well. Otherwise, the carnivores at your table will be begging for some of your food because it's...
