First of all, I wanna say that your employees are rude as hell you guys need to do better on your management to your team. I work in fast food and I’ve worked in fast food for 5+ years and I know that’s not how you treat a customer. I walked and ordered my food and I received a half large fry I paid for a large fry. My fries should be full. I didn’t pay for a medium. I’m asking for buffalo & ranch sauce and They’re actinglike I’m speaking tongues and rolling their eyes . and then I proceeded to order another order of a six piece nugget and I overhear your employees speaking about what I’m ordering and gonna say oh who is that and have dirty remarks dirty looks.. your staff is terrible and there needs to be something done about it! specifically the brown skin girl with the high bun high ponytail she needs to do better, her attitude sucks and I hate that I had to write this review, but You guys need to do better management on your employees because they’re very rude. Unlike the young man that was in the front, he was nice. He was not disrespectful. Everyone else has attitude at work. It’s your job you decided to work there then you need to do what you signed up for and not be rude to customers that are paying your bills at the end of the day I had a very unpleasant and distasteful experience coming in here and I felt very uncomfortable for me being on the road...
Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant I have ever had. When we ordered, and then pulled up to the window, we were asked to pay twice. Once for the order we made, and again for the order for the car behind us. No big deal, we cleared it up, and we were given one of three beverages we ordered. Then, someone else came to the window and asked if we needed anything else. My husband told the employee that we had not received any of the food, or the other two drinks, from our order. Each item we ordered was brought to the window one at a time, and each time we were asked if we needed anything else. We went back and forth for at least 8 minutes. The large fry we ordered (individual, not with a meal) was given as a medium. The oatmeal ordered was given without all toppings. The kids happy meal, originally given to the car in front of us, was corrected, but burnt and missing some of the condiments. My husband was really kind and patient, much more than his very hungry and frustrated wife.
The main employee working at the window was unfriendly and unapologetic, which isn’t their job. However, when we waited for 8 minutes at a window, confirming that we had our correct order, would have been a professional way of handling such chaos.
Will never stop here again. Will not recommend anyone to stop here....
Read moreAbsolutely the worst Mc Donald's ever! I placed an order through the app on my phone at 3:35 am. The app said there server dinner food until 4am. I get to the restaurant at 3:50 am only to be told that they're closed and when they reopen at 4am it's only breakfast. In the app it told me that I couldn't cancel my order because they had already started making it (they hadn't). The rude manager told me it's not her problem. I asked for the money back, because that's what the app said their policy was but, she said again that it wasn't her problem. She called her boss and they told her to just make the food seeing as how it came across their system before 4am. I went on to tell her that I wasn't trying to cause an issue, I just wanted to get this figured out and be on my way but, I the middle of me talking, she started a conversation with a whole other person. As if I wasn't standing there. I then said I didn't even want it anymore. I had no clue what they would do to it at this point. She barked back at me and told me I wasn't talking to her and acted quite childish. She told me i wasn't getting a refund that they were making the original order.
