McDonald's — Restaurant in McFarland

Absolutely terrible, horrible, service at this location today. The staff and manager on duty lack any experience in customer service. My husband was at this location today on his way home because he is a diabetic and needed to eat something quickly. Not only was he berated and humiliated, but they still made him wait over 20 minutes due to an error on THEIR behalf, with no way to get out of the drive thru. It is understandable that people make mistakes, but to so blatantly just want others to accept your ignorance is not ok with me. He paid with a LEGAL $20.00 bill from 1969 ( which he withdrew from the bank so it is still legal tender in current circulation) and he was accused of trying to use a false bill. I can't believe that no one in that establishment had the common sense to identify this older bill that again, is still in circulation as our bank gave us the money through an ATM recently. I tried to contact the general manager and was informed by Daniela that she could not give me the name or a good time to call the general manager. So her best recommendation was for me to just call back tomorrow and " hope that he answers". The reason for my call was to give the general manager our contact information since the manager on duty at the time informed my husband that they would have to go through extensive video footage to contact him and "prosecute" him. So to save the general manager some hassle I was reaching out to give our contact information, after spending a few minutes talking with the employee at this location I realized that the staff at that location lacked an overall basic understanding of a lot of things such as listening. I would really appreciate a call back from the general manager at this location ( name unknown since according to Daniela this is very personal information and a general manager running a business is a very private matter and thus must remain nameless.... weird.. but ok I'll play...

We stopped on our way out of town, and since we visit the area, often we know this McDonald's as it's near our hotel. Our order is most often coffee and hash browns as was this quick trip. It's always very busy, sometimes chaotic. It's always clean, which is impressive to me these days . I wanted to write a review for a specific reason, being to give one employee massive praise. Her name is Jasouel. I hope I spelled it right. She was so pleasant, smiling while assisting people, very polite. We needed help with one of the kiosks, and she was the one assisting us. We ordered takeout for the reason that most of the drive-through experiences prove to have something missing from our order too often. The crew were working in sync, hustling and backing each other up. Everything ran smooth and as quick as possible, giving the number of customers. Thank you, Jasouel. This McDonald's had the dirtiest bathroom that I have ever seen!!!!! Anywhere!! We were on our way to visit family. It was a long drive. So. A bathroom stop was necessary. There was no toilet paper. Luckily, I always have tissues in my purse. I had to steal a seat protector from the dirtier stall to use the other dirty stall. I could not even see the trash can because, it was overflowing and buried. Disgusting doesn't begin to describe what I saw. We, of course, made a small purchase, as we did use the facilities. No smile from the cashier. We were blocked from pulling out of our parking space because, the drive through line goes through the very small parking lot and no one would give us a chance to back out. The mission statement on the wall is a joke. If I could score this establishment minus 5...
