Salerno's Pizzeria & R. Bar — Restaurant in McHenry

First off it was my first time coming their. We decided to celebrate a few birthdays by coming to your business after hearing great reviews. I do have to say as being the owner of this place you should be ashamed of how things are ran while your not around. First off one server for all the guest eating your in restaurant is ridiculous. If you can't staff enough people to serve all your guests then maybe shut the restaurant down and just leave the bar open. The food was the worst food I've ever had, the burger tasted like eating bottle of salt. The chicken tenders looked like fish sticks and were dryer then a dog bone. They had 16 year old serving alcohol. It took 1hr to just receive our food. It took 45 mins to receive are beverages even a bottle of beer. No napkins or silverware. My appetizer came out before even receiving our drinks. This place needs a major overhaul on...

Got a pizza to go as well as a cesear salad. Pizza was just warm and cheese looked like it had been sitting for a while, almost kind of congealed. Crust was too dense and hard. Also, not as big of a deal but the Canadian bacon isn't the thin slices, it's cubed ham. (Might just have different views on how we categorize that)

Cesear Salad was just as bad. It's like they ran the lettuce under water then immediately threw it in the container. The dressing could barely stick to the lettuce after mixing it! Would also be nice if it came with cheese or something else as well, not just lettuce, dressing, and a couple croutons.

My daughter order a pizza and wings last night and I realized that she order to the wrong location we call right away to cancel the order because it was one hour from home and I explained to the phone clerk with the name Niki who was very rude I just ask her if she can refund my money because was $40 order and she said she can’t do anything about it so I ask to speak to the manager and she said is no manager in charge and have a good night and hung up on me I call back this morning and they told me the manager is not there and she will return my phone call tomorrow morning this is embarrassing I will never never order a pizza from this place .
