The owners and workers are BEYOND RUDE! I've given them to many chances, but it only got worse!!!! Not only do they have an attitude, they will be on the phone, they'll even grab their cell phone out of their pocket after they put the gloves on (I made them make me a new one which was cussed at for it), 98% of the time I've ate here only because it's close to home and I have health issues!At first I thought it was just me, but the food had a weird nasty take, some of the stuff on my sub was half frozen and half mushy! Found out it wasn't just me! On top of tjat when I've asked for extra they said no even after saying I'll pay for it they still told me no they put enough on it! Also a few times at the bus stop a worker maybe the owner came out gave everyone a free cookie except my son another boy and one other little girl which I thought was rude the little girl started crying so I said something and she was like to bad I than offered to pay for one and she's like nope my daughter doesn't like her! I'll NEVER eat here and always tell others not to give them their money! Their daughter was never allowed to play with my son and another 2 other little boys we 1st were told it's because her parents don't let her play with boys! Well than we noticed she wasn't able to play with the one boys sisters either! We than learned the daughter told another girl she can't play with certain kids not because their boys but she can't play with certain kids because of their race! Even after I stopped eating there sometimes I'd give in when in a hurry to grab my son a juice for school after that NEVER again! Sadly they all live on my block, but they messed themselves up because word got around and now 95% of the neighborhood won't go in there! Please don't give these rude people your money support a different subway or small food business that values their customers! Because they don't, they don't deserve to be in...

Every so often I enjoy a sub from subway they’re far from the best subs but always satisfy the craving I typically go to the one closer to lakemoor by the day care but they were temporarily closed so I took a trip to this one I had never been and never noticed it when passing by so my girlfriend and I take the trip to subway when we get there we are not greeted with a hello but instead a quite rude “what’ll be” seeming upset we tried to order quickly so he could get back to playing games on his phone we tried to tell him about our coupon to which he wouldn’t listen to either occupied by his phone or the delivery driver and so when it came to paying we tried again to tell him about the coupon saying that the order would be 35+ dollars for two subs which I told him I couldn’t pay without the coupon and he then started to raise his voice and escalate the situation I tried to say we had tried to tell him before but he started to yell we had wasted his money his time and then started to remove items from the order still expecting that we would take our business anywhere near this place if anyone’s time or money was wasted it was mine on the gas and drive we will never be returning to this location I can only home the one closer to our house opens back up so this...

Don't do it... Just don't even bother going here. Save yourself the time, frustration, and aggravation of getting poor service and old ingredients. I work in McHenry, near Bull Valley and 31, and often times the good Subway on 120 is too far, since I only get a 30-minute lunch. I keep giving this Subway on 31 another try and every time I am disappointed. The people who own and work this Subway don't care. They don't care what you want on your sandwich or salad, they will just do what they want. The younger woman that works here is the worst. She toasts the subs, even when you tell her you didn't want it toasted... I asked for two chopped salads today and she hardly chopped them. Then when I asked for the dressing to be mixed in, she looked at me like I was a foreign object, practically a deer in headlights. She ignored my request for the first salad, and when I asked again for the second salad she again seemed confused by the request. They cheap out on ingredients, and the ingredients are old and don't taste fresh. If I could give this place 0 stars I...
