Very very unprofessional store manager I believe she said her name was Stephanie Austin!! Horrible customer service should I say. Me and my 3 children show up at 9pm for dinner, after finishing 9:30pm we buzz in for desert. After waiting for awhile I finally had a lady walk up and say they weren’t taking any orders at the moment. This is a small town there isn’t much around so ya I am upset. She says would you like to talk to my manager. I said yes. This so called manger come up to my vehicle and has the rudest attitude. First off my kids just wanted the new cookie sandwich ice cream. She said the system was down. And they can’t take my order. I told her I had cash to pay it and if we could please have them. She started yelling at me!! How rude. Then one of her co workers come up behind her like she needed back up and he stated laughing at the whole situation. I am sorry but this was very unprofessional and I won’t be back. Good customer service would of offered 3 cookie sandwiches to make the customer happy especially when they knew we had been sitting there 1/2 hour eating dinner getting desert. But she couldn’t loose her $4.00 in food cost to keep a good customer happy and continue business!!...

I contacted sonic and never heard back. This was terrible.

So what happened is, I ordered a medium oreo cheesecake master shake.

It took a long, long time, they did not look all the busy either, and when the carhop came out, she appropriately apologized for the delay, then read the receipt and looked at the order and said, I'm sorry, this is the wrong one. And walked off.

It took forever again, and a different girl brought it out and practically threw it at me and ran off, walking really, really fast. The straw hit the floor because of how she practically through the order at me.

The shale itself was like they took one oreo cookie and blended it into vanilla ice cream. Horrible, horrible shake. Worse shake ever.

Almost like they just wanted me to go away.

Horrible service. Horrible shake. Horrible experience. Waste of my time. Time is money. So waste of my money too.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! For starters it doesn't matter if your the only person there, it's a mandatory 15 minute wait and if you order boneless wings add 15 additional minutes. Your order is never right, and I mean NEVER, your receipt is correct 80% of the time, but the order is still wrong. I'm here today (because I live 3 miles away and it's the closest fast food place around and my 4 year old loves french fries) it's 6:00pm and they are completely out of ice cream, I mean seriously. This place is by far the worst fast food establishment I have ever had the misfortune of living next to. If you have a choice in the matter I strongly urge you to stay away.
